I was served by a woman recently called annmarie, her positivity and over all helpfulness made the experience much better

It’s doesn’t even deserve one star, place is a massive joke , 15 days I’ve been waiting for my tablets and they haven’t even got to my prescription yet.
I'd give it zero if I could useless pharmacy and useless staff why actually call it a pharmacy when the stupid pharmacist can't even prescribe medication on time they should lose their contract with NHS
I'm only giving this pharmacy 5 stars due to the good work and patience of the short staffed people who work there. The company needs to do more to support these people who provide a good service.
Store is very tired inside and desperately needs a refurbishment. Staff are friendly and helpful but clearly overworked. Anytime I visit there is always at least one entirely unreasonable customer - the patience displayed by the staff is admirable to say the least. Lloyds really need to invest in this store to improve the look and feel inside.
Very poor service and unprofessional. Ordered bandage dress last Friday for seriuos eczema for my little one, and was told from the front of house that by Monday ( today) will guarantee them. Went today and the assistance in the front desk came up by saying that I have to wait 5 days for the delivery, that's impossible as the treatment requires this bandage dress for my little one. So far no solution was given. Tha's extremely frustrating and even more disappointing from Lloyds. Lack of communication between the assistances and me ending up running to the hospital to get the bandage. Sorry but I'll never go to Lloyds again, they caused me a lot of stress.
