   Absolutely despicable Manager! I am housebound, I have pleaded with the manager, my doctor has contacted the manager and they have constantly refused to have my medication delivered to my home address! My daughter is 12 and the past 4 years I have been reliant on her to pick up my prescription, even collecting my diazepam! Absolutely heartless Manager! Now I have a CPN I am absolutely amazed and delighted that they have managed to work with Dears Pharmacy in Tranent to have my medication dropped off to my home address! This Manager at Wells deserves to be disciplined as it is utterly disgusting how he operates! I can not express my utter disgust for this Manager! All the staff working at Wells pharmacy have been an absolute delight to talk to over the phone and have always been so lovely and respectful to my daughter. I just hope he treats his staff better than his clients! He does not deserve to be a Manager i also believe he has a high turnover of staff. He should be ashamed of himself!

   A nice pharmacy, with friendly and helpful staff. Help me with my orders as get a few different thing's at different times, so it's no trouble for them to help me when I call as l get very anxious and nervous. Always friendly and cheery when I'm in the pharmacy. Derek, Leanne, Audrey, Moira, Pauline and all the staff, very friendly. Highly recommend this pharmacy. A really nice pharmacy.
