The staff has been amazing. They were attentive and very helpful. My wife ran out of her medication and they were able to help her right away. Amazing!
Every time I go to this pharmacy to collect my medicine, I’m attended to by the Hong Kong male doctor. He is incredibly kind and dedicated. Knowing that my English isn’t very good and that I’m not familiar with the local healthcare system, he not only examined my problem carefully but also helped me make phone calls and find out detailed information. He is very patient and professional — I would give him a ten out of ten rating without hesitation.
I had such a positive experience at this pharmacy thanks to Tony. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely caring. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt confident with my medication. It’s rare to come across someone who goes above and beyond like Tony did. Excellent service, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this pharmacy!
Walked into to pharmacy not really sure my root cause but Tony was very approachable and made me feel comfortable to tell him my symptoms and also very attentive asking me my health conditions and allergies so he can recommend me the medication fit for me.
Very rarely give a negative review but honestly this has got to be the worst pharmacy going! The staff don't care at all and when you question them you get sarcastic answers back, complete lack of empathy! Constantly changing their minds weather they have certain medication or not! Not to mention the main guy running the place has on more than one occasion told my partner his prescription would be ready within a couple of hours only to go in and he whispered to his staff member he hadn't done it! Absolute joke of a place!
Pharmacist is incompetent and arrogant. Blames counter staff for his errors - despite them often having to cover for him.Gave my husband the wrong medication, we noticed after he had taken it because he developed a migraine. Sensitive services that other pharmacies do online are refused over the phone. Unhelpful and inconsiderate - please get a hold function on your phone, as its incredibly unprofessional discussing a client in negative terms when they can still hear you. Glad to see it's decline over the last few years.
This chemist is not the same now prescriptions not on time
To the extremely helpful man who helped me last Friday, thank you so, so much. If you hadn't asked the right questions & advised me to get an urgent optician appointment, I could have lost the sight in one eye!! Really can't thank you enough, would wholeheartedly recommend this pharmacy to all locals!
Had to go 3 times before my prescription was ready! Given a different brand to the one prescribed. Tried phoning shop for advice but never an answer! Not very impressed
Very helpful staff and reassuring to know my monthly medications will be prepared on time now after the debacle of the past year with Lloyd's Pharmacy in Straiton.
