   Partner showed up.at 12 today only to be told pharmacist was only in til 11 and that they had shut at 11.10 ,she wasn't able to pick up her prescription and now has to go.all weekend without her medication, there was a pharmacy worker waiting outside in a car to tell her they were closed, absolutely appalling

   Just called asking about their quit smoking scheme as I've been diagnosed with COPD, the chap I spoke to was friendly and polite but when he asked the pharmacist if I needed an appointment for that or if it was a drop in service the man told me that the pharmacist said that I have to come in, fill a form in then quit smoking for a week before I can get anything to help me quit smoking...obviously if I could quit smoking by myself I wouldn't need nicotine replacement, especially on the most difficult week. I don't understand that attitude at all, I've secured an appointment with Boots who are more sensible about this matter. Where's the common sense?

   Very rude , one blond short hair with glasses , my father in law is with terminal cancer and according to her he should go to pick up the prescription for 1 month (heavy bottles ....etc ) she was luck of her colleague brunnete tall very nice and helpful..... the management should take into consideration more customersevice training . She should lern to treat well people indiferent of ethnicity or status and to be nice and polite !! !!! So she was very rude- management please take action !!!!!!( eg: customer service training ) she needs to understand that people don't come there for fun .!!! Thank you and i hope i,will receive a response on this !

   Every two months I have the same difficulty, I can’t get through on the phone to order my repeat prescription, I have often had to resort to buying my medication online so that I don’t run out, there has to be an easier less frustrating way of doing this

   The customer service can't be worse honestly. They don't welcome you, some of them are laughing between them like if they were in a pub, they don't ask you if you need anything else... You feel like if you are asking for a huge favor every time you need your prescription. You can imagine how you feel when you need to ask for a medication due to a private matter. Of course they don't say bye after handing the prescription for you, you just know you have to leave when they go back to whispering and laughing.
