   Life savior ! I was here on holidays and had a terrible tooth infection. My french doctor send me a prescription. The pharmacist was the only one that agreed to help me get my medicine. All the others didn’t want to cooperate because my prescription was online. I’ve been able to enjoy the rest of my trip thanks to you ! Very nice staff that take the time that is needed. Priceless !

   One star is being too generous, but that was the lowest rating available. I will avoid it from now on, after waiting over an hour on the queue, and then waiting another 15 minutes (at least) for them to prepare my prescription - having given them the details of the prescription the day before, but they clearly couldn't be bothered to prepare it in advance. AVOID

   No organisation what so ever. They do not collect prescriptions from surgeries. Long wait times. Three visits and still haven't recieved my prescription. Don't waste your time. Three behind counter in no hurry to do very much. Extremely frustrating and poor service. Will not use again

   Horrendous pharmacy. My daughter needed some antibiotics which where in scarce supply - no pharmacies in my area had them. I called Lloyds 11+ times to check whether they had them in before making the journey with my unwell child in -1 temp weather and it just rang out so I had no choice but to travel to the pharmacy, a half hour journey away. When I got there it transpired they didn’t have them (understandable) however they told me they were ‘too busy’ to have answered the phone. If a business is open they should (at some point at least) answer the phone. When I’ve been here before they are rude and disorganised. Avoid if at all possible.

   Avoid this pharmacy - as mentioned in other reviews their customer service is shocking and they are so unhelpful. I called beforehand to ask them if they had the items on my prescription in stock and was told yes they do however when I arrived and gave the guy the prescription he looked at it then shoved it back in my face and abruptly said we don’t have those they’re out of stock. I explained I’d called and was told they were in stock and he then came back and said they had one item in stock but would need to order the other and told me what day it would arrive. I went to pick the rest of my prescription up late afternoon on the day I was told it would arrive and the girl said it wasn’t ready yet so I asked for the prescription back and said I would just get it elsewhere and she then said it would take half an hour just for her to give my prescription back to me. I didn’t have half an hour to wait so had to leave but they are now refusing to give me my prescription back and holding my personal data without my consent. I have had to go back to the GP to get a new prescription and even the GP said that this was shocking.

   Something should be seriously done about the manager that’s running this Pharmacy. No matter how many times I’ve been to pick up my prescriptions there is always a problem. The amount of people I see in the Queue who are also complaining about the service and rudeness of the manager who is so arrogant and when asked to speak to him about a problem his attitude is , if your not happy take your prescription elsewhere. I think it’s time if anyone experiencing a problem to contact head office. If people don’t bring this to attention of head office this kind of service and attitude of staff, managers will be allowed to continue. My guess is Lyods are experiencing problems of getting staff hence why this manager is still in his job. Hopefully when staffing problems are dealt with he will be gone. .

   This pharmacy is awful. Staff are awful and have no empathy. They actually look at you like you crazy when you go to pick up prescription. Yesterday I went after my opticians appt with a prescription. The guy looked at my blankly and then said you can’t get until Monday. I then asked why. He looked at me like I was crazy then said we are not accepting walk ins. Then said come back tomorow which is sat. I have an eye infection and would have taken him 5 mins to grab me the drops I needed. This is not first time they have behaved like this. Shocking! From reading other reviews I can see I am not the only one.
