   I had a really pleasant experience with Brian at Boots. He was incredibly friendly, caring, and patient, taking the time to listen and make sure I got exactly what I needed. It’s rare these days to meet someone who genuinely cares about helping customers, but Brian definitely stands out :)

   This shop gets worse each time i go in. Extremely rude and unhelpful staff. Confidentuality is out of the question as your personal business is loudly spoken about. And don't bother asking a question about medication because you are just directed to the online pharmacy.

   Due to an oversight at my end, I needed an emergency prescription of my regular medication while waiting for the GP to issue a repeat. The Boots staff reviewed my medical history and sorted a couple of days medication as a stop-gap over the weekend. This was greatly appreciated, particularly as my illness has been causing me quite a lot of bother lately. Thank-you.

   Excellent little Boots with friendly and helpful staff. Although it is small and there are often quite a few people coming to pick up prescriptions, they are usually very efficient.

   I wasn’t impressed with the pharmacist here, he came across as quite rude and condescending. At one point, he just went silent, staring at his screen without telling me what he was doing, which felt really awkward. When I asked for some clarity, he shut me down, both verbally and with his attitude. I did call him out on it, so I’m sure he’ll remember me. He then half-heartedly explained what he was doing but by then, the damage was done. It’s disappointing to be treated like that, especially when you’re visiting for help. I’ve noticed a few similar reviews, so this seems to be a recurring issue. A shame really, as the last thing you need when you’re unwell is attitude. Hope this gets addressed, but I won’t be back.

   The staff here are brilliant. They work really hard and deserve credit. They're super friendly, polite and efficient. I always feel very confident and reassured that I will have no avoidable problems with getting my medication. This makes a big difference if you have a long term condition.

   Went in in a lot of pain to pick up a prescription. Was left there waiting for more than 20 minutes. At least I was lucky, there was a guy there waiting from before I came in and when I left he was still waiting. In the meantime, staff kept on with their gossip behind the counter. What the hell?

   Advertised opening is 9am. Stood outside the business till 920am. Two staff were standing outside but did not have keys. Lady with glasses turned up to allow staff in but then asked customers to wait outside. High security delivery man with security lock box had to wait outside for business to open. He then was let in and we had to wait outside for him to deliver. We then got inside but was told we had to wait for staff to "log in". I was the first person to be served at 9:30am and I was told my doctors prescription for almond oil ear drops was out of stock/discontinued and I should try another pharmacy. I said to staff as a local business owner it would have been nice to find that out at the advertised opening time, and the lady who holds the keys to the business noted "its not my fault we don't hold the stock". I noted it was not a case of lack of stock I was upset with, but her lack of empathy for turning up significantly late serving me at 930am. She noted it was also not her fault for arriving late. The pharmacy had lost about 15 people that had arrived after 9am but then left as they were not prepared to wait to see if someone showed up for work.
