We donated some furniture today. I was really impressed with how well organized this outlet is - goods displayed in a really nice way. Thank you for providing this service.
Went in today. Seen item we liked. Went to office as no help on floor. No help there. Walked to staff only point and couldn't find anyone. Ended up asking a customer if she was staff embarrassed beyond belief. Went back to office and wasn't acknowledged. So left. Will not be back. Very unhygienic environment and items.
Absolutely amazing service great staff friendly,extremely efficient and my furniture was gorgeous I don't know what I would have done without your help I thank you with all my heart affordable and excellent condition here's an example a wardrobe for my gorgeous 9 year old! If you are looking for any household item, you will find it here. Staff are amazing. Really cheap delivery costs, so you don't need to hire a van,. A massive selection of items at affordable prices will the added bonus of knowing you are giving a home to Preloved items . I've already recommended this place to friends and will keep doing so.
