   Was asked personal questions in front of other customers and my grand daughter. I was so embarrassed I couldn't answer them to the pharmacy assistants satisfaction. It would be an idea to ask questions like "where is the pain, and what is the cause," in a private area. I question an assistants ability to assess a customers need for pain relief at all. Pain is defined by the suffered, not the assessir. I understand the need to give proper advice regarding Co Codanil, but I was made to feel like a drug seeking addict.

   Terrible service. I was sick with fever waited 15 min for someone to come and talk to me when there was only one person in front of me. And then they told me they didn't have my medicine when from the phone they had said they did just because they wanted to leave and go for a break.The pharmacist name was Κavya ,not helpful at all.

   Not happy at all. Apart from the very long waits and on one occasion quite sarcastic attitude from a staff member, when you say you open at 8am, you open at 8am. I was waiting there until 8:30am this morning for nobody to show up. Sainsburys staff cannot help so noone able to advise if and when the pharmacy would open. Unacceptable.

   Great pharmacy with great staff! So handy having a pharmacy open in the area after the standard opening hours. The staff are also brilliant - I went down as my eczema was playing up. I spoke to the asian girl with the hijab and after a few questions about the eczema, she recommended the Alveno cream. I’m glad to say my eczema is now under control. Thanks so much to her and the other member of staff, a man with the beard, I think he said he said his name was Stelios. Thanks again guys, you are both amazing!!

   I want to change my review as this pharmacy has really improved! The staff are lovely and helpful and communicate really well. There is a man who is there a lot with a beard who is extremely helpful and friendly! As well as a woman with dark shoulder length hair who is also very lovely and deserves a mention. Really great service now & well done to all the staff involved!

   Okay so here's the thing-- I have had terrible, terrible experiences with this pharmacy and can honestly attest to the low ratings. HOWEVER, there is newly hired pharmacist who seems to genuinely care about the patients. Can't remember his name but I believe he was Greek (?? not sure). Anyways, he did a great job during our consultation, was very sincere, and the whole of the staff was quite prompt. Would definitely give them another chance as I initially dreaded going in to see them again but was pleasantly surprised.

   The worst pharmacy on earth. Avoid at all costs. The staff are heroes working with what they have, the infrastructure is broken and they have to close it at the worse times- as an everyday pick up person, I have been let down on 6 occasions- this is technically illegal. Do not use this chemist

   Slow and poor service provided at this branch, so expect queues and long waits. This branch used to be excellent, but it has been heading down hill over the past 2+ years. It often takes staff 3 attempts to locate a prescription, only to be then told that half of the prescription items are out of stock despite the pharmacy having had the prescription for 5 days! Went to collect prescription yesterday afternoon (Saturday) only to be advised that it hadn't been made up yet due to staff shortages, this is despite them having had the prescription 3 days! Advised I would pick it up the next day (Sunday), and guess what, when I arrived the pharmacy his morning it was closed again due to staff shortages! Only the Pharmacist was on duty and he advised that he couldn't dispense prescriptions on his own. Lloyds Pharmacy are comedy central at its best! I will be changing to Boots who offer a far superior service to their customers.

   I booked my flu jag weeks ago as I have underlying condition. Only to get an email saying it’s been cancelled and no one will answer the phone so I can’t find out why and can’t get another appointment for over a month not acceptable. Tweeted as no reply and was told lack of staff availability. It was rescheduled 2 days later and got a phone call at 2pm to go at 7pm that night. I went to get jag and was told it was cancelled on my arrival. I was unwell so made an unnecessary journey so totally unacceptable Seemingly Lloyds at Sainsburys Meadowbank, Edinburgh keep sending pharmacists to them that aren’t trained to give flu jag and the staff keep complaining about this but no changes made. This is shocking. The member of staff told me to go to another company as said his company is rubbish and doesn’t recommend them and told me to go elsewhere! I’ve also had problems with this pharmacy in the past getting prescriptions. Lots of issues with this pharmacy avoid at all costs as they need to get sorted out as place is a disaster and even own staff slate them.
