   In early October, at the second-floor self-checkout area, an elderly, short-haired female staff member was extremely rude and displayed what I believe was racial discrimination. After I had paid, I tried to ask her a question about a supplement. She interrupted me impolitely, refused to answer, and told me to go back and queue in the payment line to ask my question. The way I was treated was unacceptable and made me feel disrespected. I expect better from Boots.

   Very nice gluten-free cheese and tomato sandwich. Also enjoyed the smoothie and chilled latte - handy for my train journey - and grabbed an ibuprofen at the same time.

   The opening hours indicated are no true - it says on G maps open until 21.00 hrs on Friday - however, when I went there at 20.23 hrs it was already closed! Disappointing..

   Arriving by delayed train, I ran there to pick up a medicine for the night and arrived at 8:54pm, six minutes before closing. I knew exactly what I needed, so grabbing the medicine and paying by card would have been a matter of less than 60 seconds. Yet the shutters were already down and - as the employees were leisurely doing some stuff inside - must have come down more than just a moment earlier. In other words: stated opening hours (5:45am - 9pm) are patently wrong insofar as the staff closes materially earlier. A shame for a pharmacy dispensing medicine that people might need urgently in a train station!

   It's a small, clean environment. Staff were not very friendly. Prices are bordering on being a bit too high, but all items in the store are genuine. Additionally, you can get a range of items here- from medication, to snacks, toiletries (including perfumes and aftershaves), and many other related things.

   It's a small, clean environment. Staff were not very friendly. Prices are bordering on being a bit too high, but all items in the store are genuine.    It's not open at 6pm. Even though it says it is. Really urgently needed to buy something. Otherwise it's fine. Just super annoying. If they could update the time they're open and update the Cockburn one too.

   Very bad customer service. The girls don’t even say thank you or bye or hi when you walk in out and buy. They make you feel uncomfortable being there and we literally felt like leaving asap because they made us feel uncomfortable

   Utterly horrible experience shopping at this boots. The lady at the counter was a racist. I gave her a twenty pound note and she spent a minute checking if the note was a fake one or not. Same thing did not happen to other white customers. I also asked for my change in English pounds but she refused and said that you could also use Scottish pounds in England. Definitely not what English retailers normally accept. Unhelpful and racist.

   Handy little boots, to grab a meal deal or toiletry items before you get on the train. As other reviews state, this store no longer has a pharmacy so you won't be able to get prescriptions here or buy 'P' branded products (or speak to a pharmacist). Small range of make up, good range of food, medium range of other things! Queues can build up which makes the store quite crowded, especially if you are trying to get into the fridges, but they usually have a good number of staff serving, especially at peak times.
