    I was visiting Scotland for a wedding, and shortly after I arrived, I lost my hearing in one ear. I went to the pharmacy to see if they could give me something for ear wax, but when they looked in my ear, everything was fine. they then gave me the name and address of a place to go to and have my hearing aid checked - and the place they referred me to was wonderful. my trip wold have been miserable if the pharmacists hadn't been so helpful, and I'm forever grateful! thank you!

    Unreliable. Said they'd put some medication on order for me to collect the next morning, but when I went back they told me they didn't have it and wouldn't any time soon. An avoidable waste of my time.
