I am so lucky to have my vaccine here. Despite needle phobia, I still conquered it with pharmacist Ben’s help. He is very gentle, friendly and attentive. This is the best pharmacy you could choose whenever you have any vaccine or medical demand. Highly recommend it!
As far as repeat prescriptions are concerned, their standard of service has really deteriorated. On several occasions they kept me waiting for weeks claiming that an item was out of stock when their own website showed it was in stock. The most recent prescription item was still not provided after over one month. I had previously complained to their head office using their website contact page. I didn't complain on this occasion; instead I chose to use nearby Paton & Finlay in Bruntsfield whose excellent service brought me the 'unavailable' items promptly. After having used Lloyds for 35 years I won't be returning.
The pharmacist is nice, kind and patient! I had my HPV vaccination here, and I feel comfortable and relaxed every time I come here. The pharmacist will talk to you and distract your attention while injecting if you are afraid of needles. If you want to have an HPV vaccination, this is exactly where you can go.
The Bruntsfield pharmacy has the best service, which you can easily tell when you telephone different Lloyds nearby… I received three HPV injections here. Staffs are really nice and helpful. They provided immediate support when I didn’t manage to book an appointment, and helped me receive all injections within shortest time span possible. Highly recommended!
Staffs here are really nice and patient. They have the high quality of service. They are so professional and warmly. I had a very impressed and happy time in their pharmacy.
