   Very unhelpful male member of staff I tried to purchase some 75mg Aspirin over the counter but was told they were out of stock and only had stock for prescriptions which can’t be sold over the counter apparently He suggested I go to boots at Fort Kinnaird 5 miles away as they “may” have some Not sure how long the person has hated working in Boots but it definitely shows. I got the 75mg Gastro-Resistant Aspirin 2 minutes walk away in Sainsbury’s for half the price Thank you very much Boots !!

   Huge wait times, don't renew important prescriptions (like salbutamol) on time, ask you to come back later to pick up prescriptions that should be ready days after they are renewed. Absolute joke.

   Mostly always had a pleasant experience here. Pharmacists tend to to be very helpful and keep the queue moving smoothly when there is one. Rarely had an issue getting through when I’ve phoned. Just wish they would maybe figure out a way to stagger the long lunch break between pharmacists as there have been a few occasions when I’ve only been able to go pick up prescriptions during that time window and no one is available.

   This branch is very basic in terms of volumes and range of stock and services offered, staff are friendly and helpful but the pharmacy is always heaving.

   Just went to check my blood pressure as I have a headache for 3 days . I am pregnant with high risk for proeclampsia . A member of staff won't let me in as the pharmacy was closing in a 1' but the doors were still open.

   I visited this morning to collect my prescription waited 15 minutes to get called over, spelt my surname 3 times, yet she still input it incorrectly. Then a colleague told her my prescription was "through there" After a wait of approximately 10 mins she returned said it was upstairs and would take a further 15 minutes! Yet she'd managed when through looking for my prescription to get the meds organised for someone else! The customer care/service in this store has totally gone downhill. All you get is excuses and have to return and on occasions 3 times before you've prescription is ready. Disgraceful!

   Always horrendously busy and crazily long queues for pharmacy no matter what time of day. They’ve lately been closing for well over an hour for lunch which seems ridiculous in this day and age especially as they’re the only dispensary in the entire shopping centre. I really hope another dispensary moves in who can better cope with customer demand. As a Boots store it is poorly stocked and often does not have the items I need. I will not be having prescriptions sent here from now on as it’s such a stressful experience.

   Reasonable sized store, staff are constantly helpful and shelves normally well stocked. The pharmacy is always busy it seems and cannot keep up with customer demand. My last prescription was a come back in 3 hours just before closing at 6pm. But they still hadn't made it up. Still they are dependable as with Boots as a brand.
