   Absolutely amazing service! I had an urgent prescription for my antidepressants that four other pharmacies refused to help with, but this pharmacy stepped up without hesitation. They sorted everything quickly and even arranged for next-day delivery, which was a huge relief. The staff were professional, understanding, and genuinely caring. I’m so grateful for their help and won’t be going anywhere else from now on. Highly recommend! ❤️❤️

   I had a medication supply emergency because of bank holiday closure at my usual pharmacy, the staff at Polwarth Pharmacy went above and beyond in helping me to get what I needed (a long list of weekly medications) , they have been very kind, understanding and efficient. They saved my day.

   A month after changing to Polwarth Pharmacy I needed an urgent prescription however my GP was fully booked and I tried here as a last resort. Two staff members contacted my GP and I am not sure how they did it but successfully managed to get them to fax a prescription through. Wonderful service from staff who really care about their customers.
