   Worst pharmacy ever. Spent 2 years with them and was glad when I was able to leave. It took them over 2 weeks to process a repeat prescription every time, so you had to order it about a month in advance to actually not run out of your medication. This was then met with hostility and rudeness every time that it was your fault for "not ordering it in time" even if you had. They always have locum pharmacists and their attitudes stink. I had to make a formal complaint once about the way one of them spoke to me like I was 5 years old when they hadn't processed my prescription and I had gone in to collect it. It is literally never open as well which is useless.

   Drove here on a Sunday with an ill child because it is one of the few pharmacies in Edinburgh that claims to be open on Sundays on Google maps, and it was closed. Please correct the hours and I will take this review down.

   Just the worst pharmacy. I’ve been in multiple times bc it’s convenient before I do a Sainsbury’s shop, but they never have my medication in stock and if they do they say it’ll be an hour or more before I can collect it. That would probably be bearable if the front of house staff didn’t clearly hate the general public. Your presence is an inconvenience to them and they make sure you know it.

   I spoke to a friendly, gentleman pharmacist who discussed and advised me on how to approach a difficult interview question for an upcoming pharmacy school MMI. He was very helpful and provided me with lots of information. He spoke very clearly over the phone and was patient and took time in understanding my question. I want to thank-you for making my preparation evening a little bit more interesting and brighter.

   I've been in a few times because it is close to where I live, the staff are just plain rude. It's a shame because location-wise it is very convenient but it's not a nice place to go. I certain don't want to be asking for medical advice from the grumpy old woman with the short bleach blonde hair, she shouldn't be working in retail at all

   The staff is very careless. They always misplace your prescriptions. Happened to me twice. First time I was lucky enough that the staff directly spoke to the GP for sending the prescription. Second time - Today I went for collecting my medicine of the prescription I had submitted like a week ago and the lady was extremely rude to me she said we don't have anything ask your GP for prescription in a very rudely manner. Stupid pharmacy and staff. Never go there.

   Very convenient and close to me which is a definite plus. I can't say that the pharmacy side of the business itself is that great, to be honest. The wait time to collect a prescription can be up to an hour at times. Saying that, their counter staff are exceptionally kind and helpful. Marta in particular, who I've had the pleasure of dealing with on several occasions, cannot be faulted. She is so considerate and goes out of her way to treat you with kindness. She is a credit to the team and the only reason I continue to take my business to this pharmacy.

   I phoned the pharmacy yesterday at 1.30 and asked if my prescription had been collected from the doctors. They told me it had and said there were a few items they had to order, but two items were available for collection should I need them urgently (which I did). They asked if I could come in an hour which would have been 2.30. I said I can come in 4ish and they said no problem. I arrived at 4.30 to be told it wasn't ready and could I come back in an hour. The woman who served me repeatedly said they were really busy. This made me feel like I was an inconvenience to them showing up when I did and adding to the fact they were busy. So I went away and went back for half 5. I was then told the prescription still wasn't ready and I overheard the lady saying to the pharmacist she's just come back from an hour. This made me think the pharmacist wanted me to go away again. The woman repeatedly said they were really busy. I told her it wasn't good enough as I had been told to go away and come back. She said the pharmacist is just doing it now. Eventually after 10 minutes I received the items. All I can say is they wasted so much time and could improve their time management. The friendliness of the staff could also be improved, as I didn't appreciate being made to feel like I was an inconvenience for them. Not impressed!

   Helpful staff however time management could be improved, they make you wait of ask you to come back later... Even for the simplest request. Good offers on some over the counter products :-)
