   I would give MINUS FIVE stars if I could As most of the review are, I totally agree with them, and I had and felt the most of experiences the other fed up customers had!!! I add disgraceful , unprofessional and bullies (I stress on this one like one of the other review said they were laughing discretely , in my case there is this tall young woman with glasses who I saw her every time I was there having the same disgusting looks and attitude and never stops chatting , this morning she was asking the other one who is also not any better about me , giving me the bullying looks and talking to the other , just because I was terribly fed up of keep coming about a medicine they owed me few days ago and told me the first day to come back TOMORROW , I went there the next day and the other one kept me waiting for minimum of 15 minutes to finally tell me am still to come back for the rest of the medicine , she said that quickly and in a huff and when I asked again to be sure and to ask when can I come back she again sharply replied there is still some medicine that I come back !!!! terrible looks and tone ! that I went this morning already feeling bad and again the same one from before(the other half of the tall one with glasses) said she will look and again I was kept waiting with no word of how long it’s going to take or if it’s there or not yet where the common sense is when a pharmacy owes you a medicine and tell you to come back on a specific date the medicine should be ready and you should not wait more than a minute or so , I was witing today for more than 15 minutes again with those disgusting looks form both those women Not fit to be humans rather than working in such a place As for the pharmacist he knows nothing about nothing

   Pathetic pharmacy , have been in before and they were trying to discretely laugh when I was collecting a sensitive prescription. Now today I went in and they made me wait 10 minutes for something they didn’t have ; a prescription for my heart rate which I badly needed and they couldn’t care less when telling me this .

   Never had any problems, here since ,I changed from calder pharmacy due to such POOR SERVICE. GIVEN BY THEM..the waiting area is rather small.But the service from the staff here is Excellent, if you are not too sure about something ,they will take the time to explain it to you.and are always helpful..very very busy place.so be prepared to sometimes having to wait,,I have never had to wait more than 10 min.

   A joke of a place not another pharmacy runs like this about 15 members of staff everyone busy with something stock all over the place but not the prescribed medicines even though it’s been ordered not just me everyone in the queue every time I’ve been always involves 2 trips sometimes 3 to get all prescription

   Used to be a decent pharmacy but now it is shocking. There are at least two pharmacists and many assistants but you only ever have one serving you. More than once I have handed one in, was told it would take 10 minutes and I would still be there an hour later. They are also bad for not telling you that your prescription has run out. I have had several arguments with staff who claim they either told me they put it on the previous prescription yet didn't. Even when they claim they are putting it through as an emergency, they don't and you have to wait at least 2-3 days....

   This place is always so slow, never have any of the medication the doctor prescribes. Have to wait an age to get you're prescription. Focus more on quick service for the people waiting for methadone!

   Once I spoke to one of the staff on the phone and she encouraged me to choose their pharmacy for my repeat prescriptions if my GP asks me. It’s been about two years now since I had my last repeat prescription. It’s unfortunate for me that my surgery is being used as a vaccination centre and I was advised not to go there unless authorised to do so. No one at the surgery is answering my calls and no one at the pharmacy either. Their phone is constantly engaged and when it does ring no one answers it!!! It is better to just shut the pharmacy down because it is completely dysfunctional!!! It was more of a hindrance than help!!! You get zero stars from me!!!

   Never had a problem until the pandemic hit. Now I can’t pick up my prescription until after half past nine which has resulted in me losing a job because I need my medication. I have just started a new job and am sick with worry, I need to be able to pick up my prescription at half past eight and go to work like a normal customer!!
