The Staff at Dears Pharmacy go above and beyond in helping me fight poor health. I thank you all. Keep up your excellent work.

Had Covid and Flu vaccinations here, the pharmacist was excellent and went to considerable lengths to ensure that we could get vaccinated as supplies were only just becoming available. Everyone was very helpful and supportive. Bright and airy layout in store with just the usual challenges around medical confidentiality inherent in sharing shop and pharmacy at one counter.

Not once has this place remembered to request my repeat medication from my surgery for me (despite this allegedly being set up). Not sure what the problem is as the process should be very simple. I'm glad to be moving out of area. Found Eyre Place pharmacy to be way friendlier, cheaper and much better organised, as well as being dog friendly.

Terrible service! I phoned to find out if they accept used needles and insulin, was told yes by a rude lady who spoke over me the whole time! When I got there the other ladies in the front refused..I admit I lost it as I had walked quite far, and told them about the other lady...in the end I had to fill up their disposal boxes with my stuff, whilst I presume was the pharmacist telling me that they are doing me a favour, I told her she wasn't and should make sure staff didn't give out false information.

The quality of service was very professional and helpful. The pharmacist Carmen goes out of her way to help the Coustomer. Thanks a million

Just very rudely refused Solpadeine without much of an explanation by the pharmacist. To be honest I felt fairly belittled. I understand checks must be in place but I the customer service was dreadful and not very compassionate to someone with a dreadful toothache!

Very poor customer service. When they couldn't find the click and collect item I had ordered and paid for, they advised I call Lloyds customer service line, although the line was closed as it was a Saturday. They refused to provide any help beyond that and I had to leave without my item and with no refund. I'm £114 out of pocket as a result, just before Christmas too. Very disappointing.

This is the WORST chemist ever!,,I purposely left my prescription 7 days to ensure it would be ready, as everything single time I go ut is NEVER ready, totally shambolic, they are raking through boxes with no system at all,,,so after 7 days, it still hadn't even been made up! Will never set foot in this place again, total shambles of a place
