No welcoming staff. Some of their staff should not be working in customer service. Sharp tone, patronising and too long wait for giving a simple prescription. I will use the other pharmacy in town, their staff seems better trained.
Had to pick a precipitation from here today, but needed something added the staff and pharmacist are 1st class here very helpful and polite great service thank you Paul Henderson
Really improved since taken over by new management. Prescriptions are put together quicker, the pharmacist is nice and I love the robot feature.
Great pharmacy, the shop is far superior to than before and the staff are very helpful. It's a pleasure to go into this shop.
If i could give it 0 stars i would. I went at 5:50 on a Monday and was told to come back in 30 mins for a prescription (keeping in mind this was an urgent one) and then i went back after 30 mins and they wouldn’t let me in. if they did close they should have told me beforehand. I am so disappointed by the horrible service and women who spoke with me, she also had her family in “after hours” picking about the shelves.
Every time I have entered this pharmacy I have watched customers shout at the staff, and then wonder why they are unmotivated at their job. The customers entering need to be nicer and then maybe there will be enough staff who want to work here and not dread it after getting shouted at every time they don’t have someone’s prescription. Be nice !!!
Some of the staff are really rude and unfriendly. I felt i did something wrong by purely entering the shop. I waited in a queue for 10 minutes and several staff walked past and completely ignored us. Finally one staff attended to the customers with a face like fuss. When I said I would like to pick up my prescription (that was the second time in the pharmacy, in order to avoid waiting for it I came back an hour later) the staff said with a sour face that I need to wait another 10 minutes. When I asked why she started to shout at me and suggested to go somewhere else if I don't like it. Absolutely incredible. I will not go there again as this "customer service" has been like that for years.
THE WORST PHARMACY EVER!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID… They don’t respect the customers at all… Very rude behaviour and very slow. They don’t act responsibly to their customers and they have always trouble finding my medicines… I just don’t understand how it is surviving…
Avoid this pharmacy if you possibly can. I have been to this pharmacy multiple times and every time at least 1 customer has stormed out - that probably says enough. They’re slow - even for very basic things which they will clearly have in stock they ask you to come back the next day - often when you do come back they then don’t have it ready. I’ve seen people be given the wrong medications, people’s prescriptions lost…etc. There is always a massive queue - sometimes the queue goes out of the door. I think in their mind this is due to them being very busy but it’s actually because the staff are incredibly slow and unhelpful with every single customer.
