   There is an older lady, glasses and blondish short hair, I have been served by her multiple times now and I am genuinely concerned for her welfare if I am honest, each and every time I get served by her she barely says a hello or smiles when she approaches you and it really does feel as if you have inconvenienced her by walking to the counter to get served, I also witnessed her serving a woman before me, she came across, huffed and said in a very unenthusiastic tone ‘can I help you’ like she was really annoyed at having to stop what she was doing to serve, if that was me she had done that too there is no way I would let her away with speaking to me in that manner, surely she must have some awareness that customers notice things ? I have held off posting a review because I understand we all have off/stressful days and wanted to give her benefit of doubt to see if was a one off but no, it is just becoming ridiculous now, each and every time she serves me (almost a year now), sorry but I do not think she is fit for front of house and to be dealing with people who need help. I post this with genuine concern rather than to have a moan, she just seems so stressed, huffs and puffs and when you ask if she is ok she responds something along the lines of ‘running around doing everything’ (doesn’t look good for the other staff), it is like everyday is a bad shift for her, surely you would get another job if that was the case? I have also phoned and spoke with pharmacy about this but still happening so nothing was done hence why review needs to be left as I am quite concerned now. I also appreciate life is hard and we don’t always want to go about with a smile but we all have our own bad stuff going on but if you are choosing to work daily with public front of house it is your job and to make customers feel like they are a bother is concerning. I hope someone can speak to her privately, she maybay has things going on and needs time off. But it is putting me off coming in, hoping it won’t be her miserable attitude that serves me, to what is otherwise a great pharmacy and every other staff member is very helpful and friendly that’s why I put 3 stars as it is not fair on them who really do provide great customer service. I truly hope she is ok but please take her off from serving customers, I can see from other reviews about same woman (it’s obvious). She may just need a job where she doesn’t need to deal with the public.I also hopes she see’s this as she clearly needs help of some sort. Thank you.

   One of the best chemists I’ve ever used. I’ve spent 6 months using this chemist and it’s always such a pleasant experience. The ladies on the front desk are lovely people. Couldn’t be any nicer, always taking an interest in how you are. Couldn’t be more grateful for the work that they do.
