They are the most unpleasant and irresponsible people in the universe. It is a shame that they are responsible for dispensing medicines to alleviate our health problems. The worst in the area.
I would like to formally express my disappointment with the service at this pharmacy. When I brought a prescription for my sick child with a fever, the staff member who assisted me was noticeably rude, dismissive, and lacked basic professional courtesy. Instead of checking the availability of the medication, I was told to return after 2pm because of their lunch break. When my partner returned after 2pm, he was then informed that the medication was not available at all. This situation shows a clear lack of communication, responsibility, and personal culture, especially considering the circumstances involving an unwell child. Had the staff member checked the stock from the beginning, we could have gone directly to another pharmacy without unnecessary waiting, stress, and delay in treatment. I expect a pharmacy to show empathy, professionalism, and respect towards patients and their families. Unfortunately, this experience showed none of these qualities. I sincerely hope management reviews staff behaviour and customer care standards, as this level of service is unacceptable.
Used to use Asda ,no more gave me a double prescription took the extra one back , they said it could not happen,got a phonecall 4 days later requesting it back , moved to the well and no problems since,it's the doctors that are slow(getting reapeat) not the chemist,
Today Saturday been 9:30 to pick up prescription but Pharmacy was still closed.Should be open 9:00am according to Google time. Used to be providing a good service unfortunately Now there services not professional Head office must take notice
No problem with the place itself, however, I don't know what i've done to annoy the man who delivers my mothers medicine in the mornings. He has never said hello or anything once, just thrusts the medicine at me and leaves. It is quite rude and makes me feel uncomfortable when I have to open the door. It would be nice to have a different delivery man.
They never answer the phone

Been on phone 2 doctors and there telling me 2 keep phoning,,also review sys phone turned down and been 3/4 weeks before last had my meds!!!
I have just gone through sheer hell. My G P was trying the phone in an urgent antibiotic for me. There was no reply, for two hours, still no reply yet 4 and a half hours later. I needed them or i would have needed to go to hospital. It ended up, i had to get my daughter to get away from her work, pick up the prescription then take it to be dispensed. They have sadly gone down hill. Some of the staff are very rude, and never apologise when things are wrong.
Small chemist not to we'll stocked compared to others but have turned my opinion of them pharmacist is a legend
