Really helpful staff. I arrived at the shop just as the door had been locked but the assistant saw me and unlocked the door to allow me to collect my prescription. Much appreciated
Staff are always friendly and helpful.
Remember: Pharmacy counter is normally closed 13:00 to 14:00 (pharmascists need a lunch break too). This means no prescription drop-off or pickup during this time. The pharmacy can accept expired medications, but remember to take off stickers with name and address (avoid sending them to landfill). Also, Boots can have your regular prescriptions sent there from the GP medical practice. This is my favourite pharmacy in Linlithgow because the pharmacists, although busy, are kind and helpful. They have always made an effort to help me with my questions, which I appreciate very much. I would go again.
Received bad customer service from this store, they were more concerned about their lunch break than helping or assisting a customer, when I did receive help I was told there was nothing they could do to help fix the machine and they actually don’t know anything about it “it just sits in the store”, I was then told I would have to contact the photo printing company for a refund as there was nothing they could do, leaving angry and annoyed I phoned the printing company after having to Google for their contacts as the boots colleague had no idea how to contact them and gave me the instruction manual as if this was meant to help me contacting the company?? On the phone to the company, I was informed that boots could have easily processed a refund for me but it sounded like they either didn’t want too. Ended up paying for parking just to receive bad customer service and no products I had paid for and received confirmation for. Ended up going to Asda which I couldn’t recommend more for any instant printing requirements, was cheaper and way easier to use.
Very quick with getting prescription ready to collect, often it's done within few minutes. Not like "the other pharmacy" in town. Highly recommended place
Always a huge queue of people waiting for prescriptions and not enough staff to serve customers who just want to quickly buy something. Limited products too and the last two occasions I've popped in for something they've had none of what I needed in stock.

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to the staff that were working in Boots linlithgow yesterday afternoon after my elderly mum collapsed and was sick in the shop. They showed such kindness, compassion and care for both my mum and dad while we waited for the ambulance to arrive. Alan and James.
Lost my meds in mishandled baggage on flight from the US. The pharmacist was so helpful and went out of her wayvto help get the major meds I needed until my bag can be found. Excellent service, going above and beyond. Lesson learned...never check your meds. Always carry on!
