   They are supposed to open at 9am on a saturday yet I phoned twice this morning and nobody picked up. I have covid and the doctor prescribed an inhaler to help with my breathing and told me to phone the pharmacy first thing to ensure they have my prescription ready before going in. What a poor service from the pharmacy. If the opening hours is wrong online you need to update it for customers.

   Got told because I didn’t get my delivery as I was with my kids and not fast enough for door so that I should just walk up knowing all the medication I’m on knowing I get withrrallls absolutely no manners or human respect belittled on the phone to seem like I’m crazy because of the medication I get little does he know I’ve beeen stable for 3 years I have mobility problems clearly on tablets for it very strong ones and a few different ones and he expects me to just walk down? It’s delivered for a reason and also should be entitled to another attempt but he aye won T come today then says he never and then hung up, man with glasses don’t approach if you are sensitive as he just doesn’t give a dam very very disgusted in absolute tears beltltilled to nothing because I missed a delivery that I took to long to get the door due to needin my medication!!

   Gillian is such a amazing person but I feel like she should always be there as she is the most qualified person. Unfortunately I feel like the boss does not respect her and help make her job easier on her as she has children. I feel that Gillian would be amazing if Gillian got to stay at the pharmacy full time. The other staff are nice and polite very friendly but under qualified. Instead off wasting money and peoples time I feel the boss should be taking a look in to this matter as its very unfair.
