   This was a very mixed experience for us. B-Spoke designed and supplied our new kitchen. From initial contact through to design consultations, payment… everything was exceptional. We were so excited for our new kitchen. However we faced problem after problem during fitting, in fairness all problems were resolved quickly. We had a shortage of flooring, up stands and kick boards. Our oven unit came fully assembled, with the wrong dimensions leading to our joiner having to do a bit of mismatch to make things work. B-Spoke did offer to build another unit from scratch however the joiner had already fitted things and couldn’t wait. As I say, there was a number of issues however these were always dealt with quickly and efficiently… there was just alot of them. Stand out was our experience with Neil, absolutely fantastic gentleman. And massive thank you to Dana who designed us the perfect kitchen utilising every ounce of space.

   The design stage with Neil was excellent, and we felt confident with the choices we made. Unfortunately, the installation let the whole experience down. We trusted the installers while we were away on holiday, only to return to mess, glue/silicone marks, and LVT flooring laid directly over uneven tiles. Despite raising concerns and having them back twice, the fitter was dismissive, insisting “it’s as good as it’s going to get.” Communication with the Production Manager was also poor, and jobs we requested were overlooked until we chased them. A different pair of fitters eventually improved things, but the flooring remains a disappointment. Overall, while the design support was great, the workmanship and communication were very poor, and I would not recommend B-Spoke Kitchens for installation.

   Cannot rate Westfield highly enough. From first design meeting with Gavin to the delivery of the kitchen and the expertise of the quartz supplier and installer. We are delighted with our new kitchen and wouldn’t change a thing.

   Delighted with our finished Kitchen from Westfield Kitchens and equally happy with the process from initial enquiry to design, supply and after care. We had quotes from 2/3 of the main suppliers when our fitter suggested we also try Westfield, who he had worked with before, Westfield provided a flexible, bespoke and quality service and product at a competitive price. Happy to recommend.

   I was recommended this company by my cousin who had also used them and I am so glad I got my kitchen done with them. The style was exactly what I wanted and there were so many options. I dealt with Neil who was really friendly and personable & gave me loads of advice to try and keep my costs reasonable which is greatly appreciated! I had been quoted by a few other companies for the same style and when I went to Westfield the price for the same style & quality was almost half. Nothing was ever a bother & everything was delivered in just a couple of weeks, so glad I went with them, I love my new kitchen & have already recommended them to friends looking to get theirs done. Thank you guys!
