   Such a lovely shop!! Emma and Mandy are always so friendly and helpful, everything is displayed beautifully and they even have information on the local dance schools and what uniform is required for all the various classes and disciplines (it can be a bit of a minefield if you're new to the world of dance so this is so helpful!!)

   I have been going to Dancewell since I had my first pair of pointe shoes 30 or so years ago. I now take my own students there. The staff are really friendly and they take a lot of care over fitting pointe shoes correctly. I would highly recommend them.

   We experienced the most wonderful service having my daughters first pointe shoes fitted. The staff were so thorough and professional. We also got some soft (normal) ballet shoes and they were fitted perfectly too. We live a distance from Dancewell, but I will definately be returning, as it's worth the journey to have such a great service.

   Brilliant customer service, Jill will spend as long as it takes to get the best shoe fit or help you find exactly what you need. I my daughter here but have no dance experience myself and Jill always explains her reasoning and takes time to explain things. Always gracious with people coming in just before the shop closes too!

   Friendly, highly knowledgeable service. My daughter has had pointe shoes fitted here twice and we will undoubtedly return a third time in the future. Can get busy at peak times (school holidays) but they take such good care of each customer it's well worth the wait. Excellent all round, five stars.
