   Today was my first day going and I was pretty nervous. At the leisure centres door there are clear instructions as to what to do and when you can go in (at least 5 mins before your booked appointment). The woman at the front reception was really friendly and showed me how to get into the main entrance and explained where the lockers are and the gym. The gym itself is very nice and there are plenty of cleaning stations.

   I love this gym, I used it for strongman training, logs, yoke, stones and alot of weights training. Old fashioned style gym. It very cheap and have classes as well.
