   Trespass sells everything you could need for reasonably priced outdoor goods. My only slight wrinkles (why I've deducted a star) are (1) service quality is very dependent on which member of staff you get (2) if something isn't in stock in store, you may be able to get it online but it won't necessarily be the same price as stores have free rein to set their own discounts and offers. Stock can be a bit tricky and online click and collect takes a while, but good, reliable and fairly cheap outdoor goods which are ideal for kids. I would like to see more about environmental and ethical credentials, though. Recommended particularly for emergency outdoor purchases as very good selection of water bottles, handy packaway rainproof jackets, foil and fleece blankets and gloves/hats/accessories!

   Amazing customer service, went above and beyond on more than one occasion , wish I got the employees name to let the manager know. Prices are good especially Inna sale and a good variety of stock.

   I went here when Edinburgh had really heavy snow and I would need to walk to work. I bought a pair of wellies which were priced very reasonably and looked good. Staff very helpful and understanding

   Visited this store today to buy several items. Was very disappointed with staff attitude, eg there were three members of staff standing at till while we were looking for shoes/boots, no one approached us to help, I approached staff and asked for help, the female staff member came to ‘assist’ and when asked to find a missing shoe she eventually went off to look for it but had to be asked, she then left as to it, meanwhile I spent the time looking through all boxes to find what we wanted, a male member of staff came up to ask if we needed any help and he certainly found what we were looking for - he at least was helpful. We then went to pay for items and I was overcharged by £10 for what I had bought, no apology given. Over all very poor customer service, will not return. Should say shop was not busy at all, in total two other shoppers in store the whole time we were there.
