   Yesterday my husband and I were at physio department at the hospital. Whilst with the physio lady he had a tumble and ended up in a heap on the floor. Next thing we knew there was another 2 physiotherapist's there. Once we had got him on a seat one of the physios got both of us water. They then took him for a walk to make sure he was ok. Today his physio phoned to check up on him. Thank you ladies

   I give 5 stars only to the Endoscopy Department for their professionalism and care. After my endoscopy, I stayed in Ward 2, where I felt cold and unsupported, which is affecting my health now. I hope the hospital can improve support for international patients.

   My normal hospital is Crosshouse, but my hemhorroid consultant referred me for a colonoscopy, which i got quite soon after down at Ayr. The staff were brilliant, from the admission process through to the procedure and being discharged. I can tend to get extra anxious (due to mental health) when I have to go somewhere but the staff reassured me.

   Just spent 11 days in Ayr Hospital and can't praise the staff enough for their expertise over all aspects. Surgery was first class, care and attention in both Critical Care A and Station 2. There are a few staff who went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible but in general, all staff were kind and caring. Thank you all

   months go in hospital for mild heart attack waited 45 min was transferred to a bed was surround by nurses and doctor no hours waiting the serves gets 11/10 they were fantastic spent 5 days there didnt want to leave yesterday went for xray at 11am at 11,15 was taken in the lady must been on a patient care program so caring helpful walked out room staff member with wheel chair governments should send other hospital staff to AYR hospital to see how hospital run months ago was in Cross house hospital they had board showing 158 people didn't turn up for appointments why government not charging these people example £25 To staff of AYR hospital keep up excellent work
