   Although this nursery was great for my first child and loved it as I believe it was under different management. However since new manager Kelly who was previously a key worker to both my children it really changed. My second child was firstly 2 years old and moved to toddler classes with 3-5year old as there wasn’t enough children in that class and she was complained about not listening (well that’s because she’s probably the youngest there). Secondly mainly the new manager Kelly (previously key workers to both my children) she became manager and the rudeness and attitude was sensed from a mile away. I could tell she belittles parents the way she speaks to them especially those of which English is not their first language. She lies about nursery fees and always add cost and when I ask for refund it’s at the end of each term when it’s her error. But yet she can change the invoice when it’s time to add fees. She cannot take any criticism well because I’ve addressed issues and in return she ignored me each time I drop my daughter. Other issues my daughter with soiled underwear she was learning to potty train and was in toddler class at 2 and they just don’t bother help cleaning when they are potty training. She’s always coming home with rashes and again lie about what they eat and don’t mention when they hurt themselves, I have had to call to check why is she limping and then they tell me ‘oh she fell in the garden’. She’s speaks on the app very abruptly and rudely and if a parent says they don’t want their child in the garden because of weather she responds ‘don’t bring them in’ yet when staff don’t feel like it they choose to keep them inside when it suits them. Kelly’s kindness and respect left as soon as she became manager and I no longer felt comfortable with my daughter being there and we have decided to move nursery also. I know a few other parents feel the same way. I hope this review is reflected upon and some action is taken because it was very stressful finding another nursery that met our needs and we had to change because of the manager and some staff. Also both my children loved Ines she’s amazing she is the only reason why I continued on until end of summer.

   I am writing this review to share my unfortunate experience. While the nursery itself seemed adequate in terms of facilities and activities, the behavior of the manager (Kelly)was utterly unacceptable. From the very beginning, the manager (Kelly)was extremely rude and dismissive. My concerns and questions about my child's care were often met with hostility and condescension. It became clear that the manager had no interest in fostering a positive and respectful environment for both children and their parents. Due to the manager's unprofessional and disrespectful attitude, we made the difficult decision to move our son to a different nursery. I strongly believe that such behavior is detrimental to the overall atmosphere and the well-being of the children attending the nursery. I hope that the management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary changes to ensure a better experience for future families.

   One of the most irresponsible and rude nurseries in this area, my daughter had an accident during her stay there, her eye was completely black, her face was completely red and the girl was crying and screaming when I went to pick her up. these irresponsible teachers wrote to me that there was an accident with your daughter, but there is nothing to worry about when I go to pick up the girl, it was a real horror after what I wrote above happened to her, these people who they work in this nursery, they don't take any responsibility for my child, they don't even tell me to quickly take her to the hospital, because it was not known if my child could see or not, and also they have always lied to me about the sleeping part of the food and every thing, in the app they told me other things and when I met them they told me other things, please don't ever send your child to this nursery because what happened to my child could happen to any other child, please keep children away from this place

   Wouldn’t bother sending ur children here I went to view the nursery in march and signed the papers on the day the following week was bank holidays so I didn’t drop in her documents that week the following Monday I dropped in her papers and they said they couldn’t find them eventually they found them but gave away her first placement but offered her different timings I spoke to the women on the phone and confirmed this was ok they sent me an email with her start day and at the very bottom said confirm these days which I didn’t see being a young mum working etc I skimmed the email quickly,instead of calling to make sure these days were ok or sending a follow up email to confirm they’ve given her placement away again so my daughter has now been waiting for a nursery placement for 2 months to not even get one. Absolutely disgraceful

   Bisi, the manager not paying for the contractors that helped her to do the premises renovation and refurbishment of the premises. Advise to all contractors to not do any work before full payment received. Don’t do any payment agreements or schedule or you will lose you money. Stay away, Bisi is the worst manager in relation with the contractors. Materials and days of work wasted…

   My boy is still adapting in nursery, but I can see what amazing staff looking after children. He is already singing at home new songs, when I ask do you like nursery he says: "yes I do". It makes me happy. As he spend 3 years only with me, I was scared about letting him go, but now surely he is adapting. HUGE thank you, your team is amazing
