Aways a good vibe. Lovely staff and decor. Good food at a reasonable price. Breakfast is amazing with the main hot food order taken and served to your table (no hot food buffet). Lots of parking and electric car charging. Handy for motorway.
Stayed here in June to break up our long journey. The room was clean and decent - not super new, but perfectly fine. I want to call out Jane on reception in particular. We arrived in the evening while a wedding was on, so it must have been very busy. She noted that we wanted a quiet room and moved us straight away, completely hassle-free. Thank you Jane for the thoughtful service!
Five of us had our Christmas meal at the Radstone today and it was excellent. The service was very efficient with clear descriptions of the main courses. The food was delicious and generous portions. I had the turkey which I prefer without gravy and this was what I was served - gravy could be in a separate dish if you wanted it. Highly recommend the hotel and will likely visit again next Christmas.
After a most enjoyable Christmas party and overnight stay last year at the Radstone we rebooked for this year and again had a great time until after our lovely day retired to our room which again was lovely but we had to put up with no hot water that evening and again unable to have a shower the next morning. We understand that boilers can break, need repairs but when I enquired about the cold water I was informed that the boiler was fixed at 5am which was untrue since water was still freezing at 10am and according to another member of staff the manager wasn't made aware of any problem till 5am and water wasn't restored till 11am. I am most disappointed that staff can't be honest and or even give the same excuses. Not even offered as much as a free drink for the inconvenience.
Stayed overnight for a wedding. Lovely wedding venue, they host weddings very well. The ceremony, the meal and reception were perfect and the location is gorgeous. Our room was clean and comfortable and the staff customers focused. Breakfast was included and we were not disappointed! It was a fantastic breakfast. I would definitely stay here again!
Second visit to this hotel, beautiful room the first time round (a free upgrade) but slightly disappointed in the shower area in the double room we were allocated this time. Shower was running burning hot then cold and mould around the tiles. Apart from that, food was great and the staff were brilliant. Would definitely return.
We stayed during Valentines week and we couldn’t fault it. We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner and breakfast - there’s plenty choice on the menu and everything we ordered came in a timely manner and was absolutely delicious. The cocktails were fab too! All the staff we spoke too were friendly and approachable but special mention for Louise at Reception who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was fab. The lovely Louise upgraded us to the Crystal Suite. This made our stay extra special and we absolutely loved the suite - it’s stunning! Would highly recommend the hotel and already looking forward to our next stay!! Thanks again!
Fantastic hotel. Staff service is second to none, check in, bar/restaurant and housekeeping - nothing is too much trouble and very attentive. Rooms are gorgeous, great amenities and the view is beautiful. The food is delicious, I have never been disappointed. The bar and restaurant are well staffed and a lovely setting. Very easy to get to from the motorway and lots of parking. I've stayed here 3 times now between late 2022 and early 2023, the quality and service hasn't changed, genuinely fantastic.
Just had an amazing meal with family for our son in laws birthday. Great service, friendly staff & the meal was 10/10. Daughter had her wedding there last September too. Well worth a visit, very clean & spacious area for dining.

This resort is one of my favorites in the area. I have been staying here for a very long time. If you decide to stay here you won't be let down. We had an overnight stay. Had our room upgraded to a superior, it was gorgeous with gorgeous view too. Thanks to the receptionist who was lovely at check in and check out. Breakfast and meal were lovely. Would definitely go back again and would recommend to my friends and family.
