Stayed to go to a family wedding in late October locally. The rooms were clean and tidy but very dated. We were greeted by a pungent stench of cannabis in the corridor where our rooms were. Told reception but nothing got done. If you stay don’t waste your money on the £10 breakfast as it wasn’t the best. Went for a meal on the Friday night in the restaurant, the girls who served us our food were great but the lady taking the order needs some lessons in customer service and politeness. Very rude and abrupt.

Good value hotel situated on outskirts of Glasgow. Room was clean and surprisingly quiet, food from restaurant was amazing and very good value if purchased before 6pm.

I stayed in this hotel as part of a German travel group. The room assigned to me and my partner was very nice and comfortable, as well as the bathroom. The overall cleanliness however was lacking. During our stay it seemed like only the beds were made and the towels changed. A hoovering through the room (and bathroom) would have been appreciated. But overall a decent hotel. The staff at the reception were all very nice and professional.

This was a last minute booking. The staff are friendly and rooms are perfect . Clean and comfortable. The restaurant was a very welcome surprise. A real hidden gem . We had the best Indian food we have ever had . And very reasonably priced. I would book ahead though as very popular place .

I had a room booked here for a trip to Scotland, I didn't get to stay so can't really review the hotel. But the day before I was due to go I got an email to say they had to cancel my booking due to double booking. So I rang them and the lady I spoke to said the room had a leak. Which was it I wonder. All hotels were fully booked for my date due to I'm guessing Oasis being in Edinburgh. A phone call from the hotel would have been more appropriate with the correct reason.

honestly just a terrible experience, forgot at least 2 items each course, when we ordered food we weren't told that they didn't have it, they just didn't bring it out or mention it until we asked. I have a severe allergy so I asked if it would be ok to check to make sure my food is safe, the owner just ignored me and said "well everything will probably have it anyway". Absolutely disgusting behaviour, the staff served us well other than family of the owner who ignored the customers and sat about blaring music while in work clothes.

Excellent accommodation & service & the food is fantastic, well worth going out of your way to pay a visit, so much so that I've now been here for 2 weeks & I'm just about to make it 3 weeks!

Loved this place! The food was incredible. Have costed numerous times since, menu is a cushion of restaurant favourites and Indian. Staff are incredibly helpful and accommodating. The design of the restaurant is beautiful. Really luxurious looking. Love the layout. Would recommend booking to prevent disappointment. First class.

Came here for pre theatre. 1st visit since it has been done up. Opted for Indian choice. Food was lovely. Tasty and fresh. Could not fault it. Service again I could not fault. One issue they need to sort is when we asked for the bill I was told you just pay at reception. No breakdown of what we were paying for. Never heard of this in my life. Alba Restaurant you need to sort this out as on my next visit I will expect a breakdown of the bill before I pay anything. Not an unreasonable request.

Not a 3 stars hotel AT ALL. Room overlooking the garbage, nobody at front desk ever, never a nice word, breakfast ends at 9am (!?) but really if you go at 8.45 it’s over already. The breakfast in itself has only toasts of bread, and a few eggs/sausages, I do not call that 3 stars. Not very kind people, and would NOT recommend staying there.
