   We stayed here for going to the OvO Hydro.Short drive to the multi storey carpark. Very nice hotel to stay in. Secure. Comfortable rooms and good night's sleep.

   So I can't really say too much for this place as I only had a fleeting visit to attend a gig at the OVO Hydro (which was in comfortable walking distance - roughly 20 minutes or so). The room I spent the night in (and its en suite) was very tidy and the bed was comfortable. Area it is in is fairly quiet, with minimal noise from passing traffic. Whilst no on site restaurant there are some choices nearby.

   A budget hotel for a budget price, had an issue with the paid internet and wish I hadn't spent ages trying to sort it out, as I went to reception and they said it was a known issue and gave me a new code straight away.    I would like to express my strong dissatisfaction with the level of service I received from the hotel receptionist. Her behavior was completely unprofessional — she was cold, dismissive, and spoke to guests in an inappropriate tone, which left a very negative impression of the hotel’s standards. It is unacceptable for guests to be treated in such a manner at an establishment that aims to offer quality service. I urge management to take appropriate action to ensure this behavior is not repeated and to provide proper customer service training to the concerned employee.

   The receptionist and her colleague were so polite and welcoming - she had long dark hair, I forget her name. Her and her colleague were advising us about parking for the Tutankhamen Exhibition. She was just so genuine and had real customer service skills.

   The rooms were decent, and clean when we arrived. Not a fan of the lack of a bolt or chain or something to stop children from opening the door to leave the room. An issue when travelling with fast in their feet toddlers! Additionally did not like the lack of a lock on the toilet door. From 6am-7am we could hear the room above us walking around exceptionally loudly, the rooms are very much not sound proof and you can definitely hear your neighbours. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, definitely the redeeming factor for here.

   Good clean no complaints it did get cold in night and the air vent under window let in a cold draft the single electric heater kept turning itself back down after I turned it up. Not a complaint just an observation that would of made our stay more comfortable.

   The bed was very comfortable. Very short staffed was there for 3 nights room was not cleaned once . Got clean towels put in my room once , staff never even took dirty towels away . Place did not look very clean ,the carpet on the stairs had dirt on it all the time were there.
