It is a small space with a lovely atmosphere. Ideally located near theatres and the concert hall. The staff were really helpful. We were a large group with various dietary requirement. There was no problem they were very helpful and everyone enjoyed they lovely food which was beautifully presented.
I would say it's one of the best hotels I've stayed at in Glasgow. The Breakfast was great.
Food always quality and high standard . They have a good chef here. My wife and i had the Gressinngham duck with leaks and potatoe and Jus main . A bottle of northern Italy Pinot Grigio and for dessert Scottish sweet ,raspberry cranachan dissapointing too much cream lack of oats and whisky taste. Raspberries and cream stunning! Finished with two cappuccinos Food always good would have given 5 stars had cranachan hit the mark. Service was good thanks Emily Gemma ,Catilina. Enjoyed our 2-night stay here! Loved the welcome dram of whisky!!! Nice location, close to city center! Staff was wonderful! Room was comfy and they serve a very nice breakfast every morning! Be sure to visit the Piping Museum next door! Would definitely stay here again!
This is a lovely hotel that is well situated in the city centre. It's just a very short walk to Buchanan Bus Station as well. It has a very nice small bar within as well that serves great food as well. My cooked breakfast in the morning was superb and there was a buffet as well for even more choice. My room was very nice, very clean and with all the amenities you would need like tea/coffee, hairdryer, tv and plenty of sockets and such to keep you gear charged. The staff were very friendly and made me feel welcome. I would definitely recommend this place and will stay again in the future.
Lovely small hotel, lovely touch with the complimentary drink & biscuits on arrival, very kind & helpful staff, good location, great Continental & cooked breakfast with plenty of choice.. nice clean bedroom.. lovely complimentary toiletries not the largest room & bathroom but big enough for a small stay, only downside was poor shower pressure.. we would definetly be up for a return stay. Thank you. X
The hotel is lovely - the room was clean, warm, and in a fab location. The bar / restaurant downstairs is beautifully laid out with a great selection of food and drink. The staff are helpful, friendly and efficient.
This hotel is located in the city center of Glasgow, on the same building of piping center. The stay overnight is very comfortable. The workers are very friendly and helpful. Room is clean and space. They have everything you need. There is one-thing can be better : my room is directly at the street , it a little noisy for me to falling sleep.
