   My daughter Anays attended Katie B for two and a half years, and we couldn’t have chosen a better kindergarten for her. The environment is warm, caring, and truly dedicated to each child’s well-being and development. The teachers are not only professional, but also incredibly kind, patient, and attentive — they made Anays feel safe, loved, and excited to come in every single day. A special mention goes to Ms. Murphy, who cooks amazing meals for the children. The food is always healthy, fresh, and delicious — my daughter absolutely loved it! I would also like to express my sincere gratitude to Tina, the SENCO, who worked closely with Anays and helped her improve her speech so much. Her dedication, support, and kindness made a real difference in my daughter’s progress. We are deeply grateful for the care, creativity, and passion the entire team puts into their work. Seeing how much my daughter has grown, learned, and blossomed during her time at Katie B has been wonderful. Thank you for giving her such a beautiful start! We highly recommend Katie B to any parent looking for a loving, supportive, and nurturing place for their child.

   We had a fantastic experience with KatieB Kids and we couldn’t be more grateful for the care and dedication shown to our child. From the moment we joined, the nursery felt like a second home — warm, welcoming, and full of joy. The nursery itself is beautifully maintained, with engaging activities and a strong focus on learning through play. We loved the regular updates and photos, which gave us a real sense of what our child is experiencing and learning on a daily basis. A special mention must go to Tina (SENCO) and the whole Team who have been absolutely incredible. Their patience, creativity, and genuine love for the children shine through every day. Our child talks about them constantly and has grown in confidence, curiosity, and independence thanks to their thoughtful guidance and support. It’s clear that the nursery goes above and beyond to make each child feel seen, valued, and encouraged.    We can’t thank this nursery enough for the care, love, and support they’ve given our daughter over the past year and a half. From her very first days, the team made us feel supported and reassured — even when we were the ones crying at drop-off! The staff were always warm, nurturing, and genuinely joyful in their interactions. One moment that will always stay with me is when a member of the team gave me a comforting cuddle after a particularly tough goodbye — it meant so much and set the tone for how compassionate this place is. Our daughter was always greeted with smiles, fun nicknames, and positive energy that made going in each day a happy experience. As she moved into the older group, she continued to thrive — growing in confidence, making friends, and even performing songs in front of others. At home, she would often play “nursery,” pretending to be one of the staff, mimicking their kindness, routines, and silliness — a clear sign of how much she adored her time there. The manager has been amazing — flexible, responsive, and always going above and beyond to accommodate us. And the food? Let’s just say our daughter has developed a love for different cuisines… but only the nursery's version! I tried to recreate a few of them at home but didn't get the same seal of approval! Staff at KatieB have given our daughter a joyful, loving foundation — and for that, we will always be thankful. – A very grateful family

   We were so pleased that we sent our daughter to Katie B Kids, she was so happy to go to nursery and really enjoyed her time there. All of the educators were wonderful and you can tell they work hard to make the children’s days special. We couldn’t have asked for a better nursery for our daughter!

   KatieB Nursery is something special! Where do I start? Our toddler has been attending 2 days a week now for the last year and a half! We were initially drawn to the nursery due to its values and ethos. Staff at KatieB Nursery put the child at the centre of all that they do, and do not see any limitations when it come to what a child can achieve. The settling in process was a huge success with our toddler, by his second full day he was smiling and waving us off at the door! These days we barely get a wave as he runs in and greets the educators like he would his own family. The diverse staffing team at KatieB are incredible. KatieB value experienced and early career staff equally. Staff regularly attend training in line with the nursery values and ethos, and this plays out in the day to day running of the nursery. The nursery is very generous with it's learning and shares it's knowledge to the children's careers through a whole suite of family workshops, allowing for a joined up approach between both the nursery and home. Staff wellbeing is high on the priority list. This enables staff to confidently discuss emotions with the children's as they play out, thus develop the child's emotional intelligence also. The imagination of the staff doesn't go unmissed. Everyday offers new activities, topics of discussions and the possibilities for children to interact with others (children and adults). Observations are made and activities set up with children's schemas in mind. The new nursery site enables children to have a daily does of exercise too - from local listening walks to yoga/football/tuff trays in the garden space. Communication is fantastic in all aspects of the nursery. From daily briefing, to observstions, and even wellbeing and family bulletins. Staff promote early non verbal communication among children too through the use of makaton. I honestly believe this is why my child language has come on leaps and bounds! Detailed staff briefings bookend the day. This allows staff and parents to understand the outplay of any emotions and expand/enhance the learning and interest happening both at home and at KatieB nursery. Consequently, both staff and career go on a learning journey too, enable a better understanding of the whole child. The food at KatieB is exceptional. The menu is offered on a 16 week cycle, all locally sourced and freshly prepared on site in their 5* hygiene rated kitchen. It goes without saying I do and will continue to recommend KatieB Nursery to all local families with young children.

   Thank you to all at Katie B nursery! My son is a typical active boy with lots of energy. As a full-time working mother, I find this place an absolute gem. He loves going there and you find yourself, and your child building a little bond with staff there. You really feel like they’re good, kind and caring people. This is the only nursery I’ve come across that feed the children amazingly healthy fresh food – their chef is lovely. My son would always have a variety of indoors and outdoors activities to do and we look forward to coming back the next day.

   Really magical nursery full of care and real imagination in the way they educate little ones. Really outstanding facilities with organic food and lots of fun learning and outdoor forest-school style activities. Makes you want to be a child again to be able to go there to be looked after and have fun!

   Cannot recommend this nursery enough. Our toddler has been attending for almost a year now, and has grown to develop a beautiful bond with all educators there. The developmental jump has been phenomenal since we started attending, and you can really see how everyone puts their heart and soul into the little ones day in day out. We will be signing up our second baby there soon too!
