   (Tenant review) Very professional and reasonable letting agents. I corresponded primarily with Colin who has always been available and respectful, and who has gone the extra mile several times to provide assistance, solutions and professional service. All required maintenance and service were well handled, the property was immaculate, and any issues requiring attention were dealt with in a clear, timely and quality manner. On a few occasions I had some disagreements or miscommunication with the landlord, but Colin remained receptive, communicative and respectful and we were able to come to resolution smoothly. When it came time for the landlord to sell the property, Colin spent considerable time helping me come up with an alternate property, finding me a great number of listings even outwith GPL's own portfolio and supporting me each step of the way. This is the kind of personable, straightforward professionalism that makes a delicate operation like renting a home more approachable and less stressful.

   I really enjoyed my experience with GPL! I was able to find an apartment to live in Glasgow, even before arriving in the city. I was lucky enough to find a property that would be rented for the exact period I was going to live in Glasgow. The GPL team helped me sort everything out in advance, so I went straight to the apartment upon arrival. During my stay, GPL resolved maintenance requests at no cost to me, and my agent (Colin) was always available to answer my questions.

   I have always found Glasgow Property Letting a pleasure to work with. Their service is second to none and they truly put their landlords and tenants at the heart of everything that they do.    While there were some initial issues when we moved in and the property itself had some faults our experience with GPL has been largely positive. Whenever we've had an issue we've felt able to contact them in the knowledge that the problem will be addressed promptly and we'll be communicated with clearly in the meantime. Communication is always friendly and informative and we appreciate it always being a person who has responded to us as opposed to a machine.
