   I used Thomson Residental to manage my rental property, and also recently for the sale of my property. I chose Thomson Residential because I wanted a local estate agents and wanted to avoid the bigger chains that can sometimes make you feel like a number rather than a client. Thomson's really exceeded my expectations - their communication was brilliant throughout. Being a small team you know who you're speaking to and get such a personable experience. They were exceptionally proactive and responsive for both my tenant and I. When it came to selling my property, the team did a fantastic job marketing and then closing the sale. I was delighted with the outcome and it truly was hassle free with the Thomson team doing all the work to get the best result.    Highly recommend the guys at Thomsons. I met Neil when viewing a property and was impressed with how he handled the viewings so I knew I would instruct them when I came to sell my property. I recieved good advice from Thomsons on offers/going to closing etc and their costs are very reasonable too. I would highly recommed using Thomsons over any of the larger estate agents.    Was in great hands. Started off as tenants and had incredible service from Thomson Residential. All issues with the apartment were fixed within 24-48 hours.    I recently sold my flat through Thomson Residential and would not hesitate to recommend them. Jane was fantastic, she kept me updated on viewings and provided feedback. This is a local estate agent with great knowledge of the area. I felt I received an excellent service, any calls or emails were answered timeously and their fees were very competitive. The initial offer on my flat fell through, due to extenuating circumstances, no one's fault. Jane and her team were brilliant. She got my flat back up for sale that very same day, reassured me it would sell again very quickly. It did, going to a closing date the following week. Great result and I would definitely use their services again.
