The worst factor in Glasgow award goes to: indigo square! Val can’t respond to an email without it being personal - also can’t do the job that get the management fee for!
Having had a number of factors over the years we moved to Indigo Square a couple of years ago, they have been very proactive and actually seem to care about the property. Very good at communication. I would happily recommend them.
Indigo Square took over the factor responsibilities, from a well established factor, a few years ago at our flat complex at G3 6NS. After the seamless process of taking over the factoring services Indigo Square implemented and continue to provide improved customer service and response times and much improved cleaning, gardening and other property maintenance services in terms of quality of service and value for money compared to the previous factor.
We switched from a previous factor to Indigo square just over a year ago and so glad we did. Since moving to them a big communal issue was discovered which has had many complications and complexities. Despite this Euan has persevered and seen through all the dealings with the contractors and collection of funds from other owners in the block. Throughout this the communication has been great - we've always been kept up to date on progress and blockers along the way, with in person meet ups and/or zoom calls if required. I know for sure that if we had stayed with our previous factor this issue would still be outstanding for a long time to come.
We have been with Indigo for 3 years and we have not had any problem. They responded quickly to our emails when we had a problem regarding our flat and they have always been very nice, especially Val. We highly recommend it.
We have had a very positive experience with Indigo Square. Every query and email was received and acted upon quickly including rubbish removal in the close and repairs. Things were followed up efficiently and they communicated consistently. We highly recommend this company with their professionalism and value of service.
Indigo Square were the factors for my fathers flat for over 4 years and during that time we had nothing but positive experiences with them. I found the staff at Indigo Square to be very personable, helpful and efficient. They always responded to my queries quickly and addressed issues I raised with them as best they could and ensured repairs were carried out. I cannot recommend Indigo Square highly enough. I have dealt with most of the big factors whilst developing property over the last 6 years. Tom at Indigo Square is a breath of fresh air and he gets things done like yesterday! Absolutely nothing is too much trouble. At last, a decent factor!
