   They give a great first impression, very friendly both on the phone and in person. It changed once I had signed the contract. When the heating broke, they said it would be minimum a week before they could even send somebody out to look at it. When I said I wouln't pay full rent that month if I go weeks without heating they were suddenly able to send somebody out the same day! This was typical. I left them as soon as my contract was up. Dont be fooled by first impressions.

   I recently moved out of a flat I rented through Brunswick letting and couldn’t have had a better experience. Richard is so approachable and knowledgeable - he clearly takes very good care of the properties that he manages. The whole team were a pleasure to deal with - they always replied super promptly and politely. I only moved out of the property due to buying my own place, but would definitely rent via Brunswick if I ever need to in the future and would recommend them to both tenants and landlords.

   I was a tenant with Brunswick for about 3 years and I couldn't recommend them any higher! Whenever I raised a maintenance issue, the Brunswick team raised it with my Landlord the next working day and kept me up to date with every stage of organising any repair work. By far the best Letting Agents I have ever been with. They are reliable and understand every requirement needed to live peacefully.

   I rented with Brunswick for over 3.5 years until I needed to relocate to a different city for work. The flat was lovely and they were always professional, friendly and helpful whenever I contacted them. Any issues I raised during the tenancy (e.g. when the boiler broke) were always dealt with quickly and efficiently and the contractors they sent out to do this work were also professional and did a good job. Definitely recommend Brunswick as a tenant - they're the best agency I've rented with to date.

Their professionalism and attention to detail is very rare and all the staff are extremely helpful. I must stress their aftercare customer service ( once you have moved in)is very good in regards to repairs or any issues that may arise, and the properties have always been well maintained.
