   They are now part of Slater Hogg and Howison, please be careful when dealing with them as when it comes time to end the tenancy they don't reply to emails, they can't find notes on your tenancy now that they've merged with SHH and no-one wants to help. I lost part of my deposit because they lied on the deposit claim back, and the landlord claimed for betterment. Due to limitations in evidence you can provide and a hospital stay although I had the proof, I couldn't add it in time.

   Extremely disappointed & let down from the property store at the end of our tenancy. Guilty until you can prove yourself innocent. Grateful for Safe Deposit Scotland being a 3rd party holding the deposit because after 4 months of unprofessional emails from one of the property managers, no full check out report sent, all photos blurry. We finally have our deposit back. After finding out the landlord had left their business too, we contacted them directly regarding our deposit to their response was they haven’t heard from the property store about the deposit at all when in all emails the letting manger was trying to pass blame to the landlord for the ridiculous deduction amounts. The 2 years we lived in the property, everything was okay, repairs got handled within a reasonable time frame, 1 complaint within the 2 year let was them inspecting the property in house in May 2021 without consent of entering our property. I would not recommend anyone to use the property store after our experience.

   The Property Store made the renting process so easy and helped me understand what was happening every step of the way. They were so patient in responding to my questions and concerns. Their tenancy manager, Andrew is so amazing in replying to me about what to do next. On collecting the key, they provided gift vouchers, drinks, chocolate, hand sanitizer spray, hygiene soup, anti-bacterial wipes, coffee bags, multi powder, etc. The property store is amazing.

   The Property Store have been fab from the start when arranging the lease all the way through the lease period. I think I’m at 22 months in the property. Really friendly, efficient and happy to help with everything. The staff get back to you very quickly and make sure anything you reported gets sorted asap. Also, I’ve loved the property. Highly recommend this agency.

   Probably the best property agency in the market! The team consists of a bunch of friendly folks who are always happy to help! I would personally thank Aidan and Rachel for all the extra efforts to help me and my partner! They made the whole process of moving in - from scheduling viewing to handing over the keys seamless, and were available to support at every single query! The commitment of the whole team towards making the customers happy and at ease is highly appreciated! Would definitely recommend!

   Huge praise for this Estate Agency. My partner and I began looking for flats via another letting agency and had a lot of let downs, then came across a flat nearby advertised by The Property Store but it was taken, but the girl suggested a house for us, and we have moved in there and so far so good! The agency employees give superb customer service. Very friendly and helpful staff. Our experience getting everything processed was near enough perfect too. Quite lenient with payment plans for first payment, and they are happy to let you print things off at their office if need be. Reason I dont give five stars is the two admin errors in our tenancy agreement that needed fixed that delayed finalising our lease but it was a minor set back, and easily fixable. I would highly recommend at least viewing some properties via this agency as I believe the properties either sold or for rent are of high standard going by the two we asked about and making an offer. Finally, special thanks in particular to Kristy who was very warm and welcoming at viewing, enthusiastic and happy to help us, and also Rachael for all her help at the office with paperwork and managing to negotiate our pet cat with the landlord.
