   I recently moved out of a property I had rented through LetLink for over four years. From the moment I initially viewed the property to when I moved out, the team here were brilliant. They were professional, friendly, always answered enquiries quickly, and were very efficient. I got ill during the process of moving out and they were very flexible and caring. If you're looking for a letting agency, I can't say enough good things about LetLink. Highly recommended.

   I have been in a property using let link for over 5 years and my experience with them has been nothing but positive. They moved us in very quickly, every repair has been dealt with and their communication is fantastic. The process of moving out of the property was fantastic and they were so flexible around our situation. I dealt with Jacqueline mainly who was so lovely all the time and made me feel like my queries or requests were top priority. Getting deposit back in full was also easy as they set the stipulations very clearly as to what needed done before leaving the property.

   Not very nice people to deal with sadly. This is based on being told the vacated flat wasn't clean enough and if it isn't cleaned properly, a £180 charge is applied. So I asked for keys back to go back and clean it a second time (this was my 82 year old mother's flat who has dementia, I was unwell myself at the time and did my best). Then told they don't give the keys back normally. So they had me held by ransom £180. A sneaky way of working.

   Looking at other reviews on here, they are all brilliant or terrible, mine is the terrible end and personally would never recommend them to anyone. They do not do repairs no matter how serious they are and on the rare occasion they do, they do a bang up job. Yes, the staff are quick to contact but only when they want something. If you need something like urgent repairs the staff will ignore your emails completely. I am shocked they are allowed to stay in business, will be taking it to court.

   Brilliant Letting agency! My boiler packed in and in less than a week they replaced it with a new one.Gillian was very helpful and accommodating and provided regular updates of the progress.The installation was also carried out very professionally by Harry, he did a great job and left my flat spotless. I am a very happy tenant and highly recommend Let Link Larkhall.

   Couldn't have asked for a better letting agency. Always available if there's an emergency and extremely friendly members of staff. The focus is on building lasting relationships, which was just what we needed after bad experiences from a few letting agencies in the area. Moving out was so simple and even though we didn't get the whole deposit back (we expected some to be taken off) LetLink was actually apologetic for taking money off and only took a reasonable amount for the things we expected. If we move back into the local area again, this would definitely be our number one place to start hunting for places to rent.
