   I will start by saying Elm Properties are akin to the Burj Al Arab, 7 stars. I am currently living in SE Asia so I was quite apprehensive about trying to sell my house from abroad. I needn't have worried. Elaine and Lynn are the most professional people I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Not only that but they make you feel totally at ease and nothing is too much for them. Everything went so smoothly which was all down to their excellent advice and updating me daily. This is the easiest recommendation I have ever written because Lynn and Elaine are simply the best estate agents out there. Thank you girls, you are amazing.

   My house was sold within a week. Elaine and lynn made it stress free process from start to finish for me. They had a great knowledge of house prices demand of property in my area. They arranged the home report and also excellent video and photos for marketing purposes and kept me fully updated on requests for home reports and viewing requests. My house sold very quickly. There was a slight hitch with the purchaser being in a chain Elaine and Lynn went out of their way to help the purchaser solve their problem and get the sale back on track. To sum up dealing with Elaine and Lynn has been a pleasure and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

   We sold our flat with Elm Property within a week and the service and attention to detail we received couldn’t have been better. Lynn and Elaine were so friendly and great at keeping us up to date, handling communications and selling quickly. As first time sellers (in the middle of a pandemic) we weren’t sure of the process or what to expect, Lynn and Elaine were very informative, keeping us up to date and always available to answer questions by phone or email even after hours which was really helpful in accommodating full time working. Well connected, they really went above and beyond providing advice throughout the whole selling and buying process. One of the best and most efficient services we’ve received from any business and by far the best estate agent we have ever spoken with, the customer service was fantastic. We have recommended them to friends and family who have received equally fantastic service.
