   They should re-brand to Dial-A-High Cortisol Level. There are far too many dodgy dealings to list, but the core issue was their complete disregard for laws, regulations, and basic decency. Their priority was clearly their slum-lord’s interests, not the wellbeing of their tenants. What we experienced was a mix of incompetence, unprofessionalism, power-tripping, and a shocking lack of empathy. In hindsight, being served a no-fault eviction was ironically the best thing that could’ve happened. Our new landlord treats us with respect, and the difference is like night and day. It’s genuinely impressive how much we put up with while living under Dial-A-Home’s so-called management. Unless you enjoy doing other people’s jobs and living with chronic stress, avoid Dial-A-Home at all costs. And if you’re already a tenant — know your rights. You’ll need them.

   I just wanted to recommend Dialahome to any landlords out there in and around Glasgow. I have used them for many years (after moving from another agent who did not appear to look after the properties or their clients very well) and have had nothing but a positive experience with them. They ensure the properties are compliant with legislation and deal with all aspects of tenancy changeovers including informing the utility companies and council tax; I don’t think all agents do this. I have left the rental market now, but I wish them all the very best with their ongoing business.

   Letting agency was quick to respond to emails/phone calls and also get the necessary person out to fix issues that occurred in the flat. Both checking in into the flat and leaving the flat were easy processes compared to previous experiences with other agencies.

   This has to be the best letting agencies I have ever used. From the very get go they were incredibly pleasant to deal with and extremely helpful in finding my flat. Throughout my tenancy, they were immediate in solving any problems we had and always made sure that we were happy in our flat. I have particularly enjoyed your dealings with Linda who was always pleasant to talk to and made all my problems a priority. Overall an exceptionally professional and high quality letting agency!

   Dial A Home.. friendly and down to earth bunch of highly organised people who are very good at what they do. As a landlord, I always look for an agent that will treat my tenants well. It’s a 3 way street, not an easy thing to manage at times, but they seem to do a great job of finding good tenants, managing the property well whilst communicating effectively with me. Would I recommend them… yes I certainly would. That’s if you are looking for a place or if you have somewhere to rent out….give the girls a ☎️

   I contact dialahome right at the beginning of the pandemic last year as was just about to be made homeless and they were the most helpful agency ever!! they helped me gather everything i needed and made the process super easy. although i was only with them a year i can not believe how great they have been. and am gutted to have left their property. if you are looking to rent a property please give them a shout.

   Excellent service from start to finish always. I have used dial a home for many years now to help me find tenants for my properties and I have never had any problems. all of the girls are so very helpful and nothing is ever a bother, they have always went above and beyond. I've also never had any issues with the tenants they have sourced. I would highly recommend dial a home for renting our a property. keep up the good work Janet :)
