   Every interaction with One Stop Properties has been nothing but excellent. The company have looked after our property for over 10 years, finding tenants, managing the upkeep of the property and ensuring that all parties are aware of the regulations. Recently we took the decision to sell the property and the advice we received from Denise and her colleagues was first class. The flat sold in 3 days of entering the market and that was entirely due to the advice received. If you want a stress free experience as a landlord this is the company for you.    No matter how clean you handover the property to them, they will charge 200 pounds in the name of cleaning. Addition: It’s not about 200 pounds here , during our stay we have been very flexible and accommodating to all your requests and kept the property like our own place. A lot of points highlighted in the final report, we had already highlighted those things during the start of our tenancy still those have been put in our name. If the owner is not willing to share the costs that should not be put on tenant. We have raised it with safe deposit, let’s see.

   I have recently moved out of an East End Glasgow flat managed by One Stop Properties and I can only give positive reviews on my entire experience with the company. It was a very efficient and quick moving in process, done while trying to navigate moving the day before a holiday. All the girls in the office made this a smoother process than it could’ve been. When I collected the keys, I was gifted a nice little moving in box, a personal touch you don’t always get from letting agencies. During my short tenancy, they conducted one flat inspection which was communicated in advance and fairly done. When I recently moved out, Wendy and the team were great with me. They were quick to communicate actions required for moving out and work alongside their tenants well. They were extremely fair and communicative with the return of deposit and were understanding of minor things, going the extra mile to help ensure I received my full deposit. I would full recommend looking at One Stop Properties available properties if you are looking to move house. Thanks again!

   Firstly I’d like to say that I found everyone to be pleasant and cordial. However after renting for over a decade and being a model tenant always paying my rent on time, following the exit email to their instructions to how they requested the properly to be cleaned before handing back the keys.i was totally bowled over when i received an email telling me that the cleaners had to be sent in and then at a cost to me for a whopping £200.00 left a very bad taste in my mouth. As I thoroughly cleaned the property before I left. - so in my opinion. It’s much better to leave a total mess as you’ll have to pay anyway! I’m sure this review will be disputed after I post. I know that I left the property in an even better state than I found it, after decorating every room at my own expense.

   Staff were always really helpful and friendly & responses to any queries or issues were always prompt. The team are great, but Jack & Kirsty in particular were always brilliant to deal with. Really friendly, but also really helpful. We really appreciated their communication and keeping us up to date with progress of repairs etc.

   I have been with One Stop for 5 years at a flat they manage, and had a great experience with them dealing with everything in relation to my lease flat. Kirsty Olgive and Melanie Gibbons were always very sweet and quick to respond to inquiries or issues, either by email or phoning. There were never any major problems, and I really felt like they cared incredibly for their customers. I would highly recommend them for any future property management or lease situations.

   I wouldn't usually bother leaving a review for something like this but I think One Stop deserve it. Easily the best agents I've dealt with as a tenant. They're responsive and professional at all times, eager to help and I never felt they were being invasive with inspections etc, and they were always happy to work around my schedule when any visits were required. Any issues with the flat were always dealt with promptly and to a high standard. All tradesmen used were always friendly and professional. Even when I had a bit of financial difficulty, they were sympathetic and eager to help. Though I ultimately had to leave Glasgow, we parted on excellent terms and if I ever look to rent in Glasgow again, One Stop will be the first agents I contact.
