I had previously let my property on my own without an agency and found it time consuming and problematic. I had been reluctant to go with an agency because of various stories I'd heard about how some may treat residents unfairly. I have been beyond pleased with Maclay property sales and letting. I had originally approached them to sell the property but on a whim I invited them to provide me with details to act as the letting agent. They have taken all of the pressure away from letting and I gather that the tenants are also very pleased with how they are being treated with their respects and needs being taken into account. Since moving into our rented property with Maclay's in September 2022 we've had nothing but a great experience. Communication with Alison in particular is always a pleasure and a breeze.
