   We have two properties in Glasgow that we let. From the onset we have used Cityscape Property. Ian Skinner has provided a professional and friendly service. Tenants are vetted and we are confident that Ian selects tenants who will be respectful of our properties. Regular routine inspections of the properties are carried out and any issues are reported back to us and dealt with by Ian in a timely manner. Rent payments reach our bank in time every month. A number of years ago, we had a property in Aberdeen that we rented out. We decided at the time to manage everything ourselves. Our experience in dealing with Cityscape Property has more than convinced us that using a letting agent is by far the best option. The service we have received from Cityscape Property has been completely hassle-free. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them.

   We were tennants with Cityscape lettings for 1.5yrs and had an absolutely fantastic experience with Ian there. He always responded quickly, was professional and friendly and an all-round great guy! He was so accommodating when we needed furniture moved, and when we asked for a plumber one was sent out straight away. Our flat was really lovely and a great price and we were very sad to leave. Would recommend to absolutely anyone, I can't speak highly enough of Cityscape Property.
