   I sent a polite query to this agency regarding a specific property. The response I received was curt and rude, with no offer of help or support. I'm shocked that a business can survive with such poor customer service. Even though the property I had enquired about was unsuitable, I would expect an agent to find out more about my needs and help me in finding an alternative. This has put me off any properties listed by this agency.
