   All the staff are friendly and professional, and they are very responsive. We rented a flat through Tay Letting for over 6 years and had a positive experience, with issues being resolved fairly quickly and in many cases earlier than the initial estimates. Inspections were communicated with plenty of notice and were never disruptive. We moved out recently and the process has been smooth and straightforward, with Lauren keeping us up to date during the different stages of the checkout process and answering our questions promptly. I would recommend Tay Letting as all the staff we interacted with, especially Jack, Lauren, and Toni have been extremely professional.

   Excellent communication and service from Tay letting! Aaron really went above and beyond to ensure I could move in quickly by sending through paperwork quickly, keeping communication to let me know the progress and re-scheduling my move in time to earlier in the day to accommodate another appointment. He also kindly worked with the landlord to get measurements for me as I wasn’t able to go to measure myself. Would definitely recommend Tay Letting!
