   I believe my wife and I are amongst A & S Properties longest serving clients, having first put our Glasgow property in their hands back in 2011. (we have just recently sold the property) I recollect my accountant advising to be prepared for periods when the property would not be leased out; it is however testimony to how diligent Naveed and his team have always been, that this has never been the case; we have always had carefully vetted tenants (mainly students) who have never caused any difficulties for us whatsoever! Naveed's offices and office staff are incredible, they never fail to respond to any query we have had. In addition, Naveed has a terrific team of tradespeople to call upon e.g. plumbers, joiners, painters, electricians, cleaners etc. to tackle any maintenance we have ever required. Naveed was also incredibly supportive when we finally made the decision to sell-up; thank you Naveed and team, we cannot imagine there being better , more supportive Agents than you guys!

   Well where do I start I am a tenner of and property and the owner Naveed has been lying to my partner and I from day one his work men are a bunch of cowboy builders they came out to fix the problems in the property last year and the problems still exist a year on and when I contact Naveed he does not seem to be bothered about the property and his workmen have told my partner and I that he does not care about his tennents it's all about money with him I am currently taking him to the first tier tribunel he can't b trusted . Thanks Mr MC Dermott

   One of the better letting agents out there for tenant services. They are not price gougers which is more than can be said of competitors, they made a modest and more than justified deduction from the deposit when I left a property that they manage and they were always reasonable and generally attentive to our needs as tenants. Not quite good enough when dealing with a completely unaccountable landlord who refuses to pay for anything but this would not appear to be the agent’s fault

   I have been with A&S Properties for three years now and I genuinely could not be happier with the way the staff dealt with every single aspect of my tenancy. As a student I hear many of my colleagues having to deal with nightmarish letting agencies, while I rarely had issues with the A&S Team. When I did have issues, they were dealt with rapidly and professionally. Thank you for your professionalism and for generally being nice folk, Sana, Chloe, Naveed & Rizwan. Highly recommend :)
