   We used the house for a weekend break for a group of 20, (10 adults and 10 kids). Chris, our host, was super helpful from our initial booking, right through the planning of our trip and our stay.    We had a wonderful stay for my 30th birthday. Chris and Frances' place was perfect for a group of 10, plenty of room and lots to do between the large garden, hot tub and living room. Chris and Frances were really helpful in organizing activities and gave us lots of recommendations for walks and places to go in town. Cannot recommend enough!

   Just had the most enjoyable three days at Pleasant Hill Scotland, celebrating our daughter's wedding. Excellent communication with Chris. Hot tub was a great way to chill out afterwards. Would definitely recommend this place. Ideal for large family gatherings.

   Had a great time staying for a friend's stag do. Chris was extremely helpful with recommendations, and because he lives next door it meant check in was easy. He was also able to help with a couple of minor problems while we were there. We enjoyed the hot tub, the house was a fantastic size for 15 of us and had everything we needed. We went to Loch Lomond for a day of activities which was easy to get to, and Milngavie had everything we needed (shops, pubs and restaurants). Would definitely recommend!

   Pleasant Hill was the perfect place for our family of 14 including our Grandchildren ages 5-15 to visit Scotland. Chris and Francis were exceptional hosts offering assistance on all of our requests. The outside area was perfect for our grandchildren. They used the Hot Tub and played soccer on the lawn. We also entertained my wife’s Scottish family for two birthdays. The location close to the Milngavie Train Station and local shopping mall was perfect for our travels. We would strongly recommend Pleasant Hill for a large group. Cheers

   I booked Pleasant Hill for my friends hen party. Communication from the hosts was excellent throughout, and the accommodation was perfect for what we needed. It’s very clean and tidy and open plan kitchen/ dining/ living area provided us with all the space we needed. We ordered a grazing table from Peck Catering, which was delicious and cooked breakfast for everyone on the Saturday morning. There is plenty of cooking equipment/ crockery etc, Overall, we had a wonderful weekend and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others!

   Had a wonderful stay at Pleasant Hill. Chris and Frances were wonderful hosts and did their absolute best to accommodate everything we needed. We had a party of 20+ and everyone slept comfortably and enjoyed the ample indoor and outdoor space. We were there for a team retreat however this would be a perfect family get away, the room sizes are ideal for families and the communal living areas would be great for young children.    My 15 friends and I spent the jubilee weekend at pleasant hill and had the most amazing time. Chris and his partner were fantastic hosts and it was the perfect base for exploring the local area. The west highland way wall was beautiful, somehow the weather was perfect throughout and the Glengoyne distillery’s was a perfect reward for finishing the 5.5 miles there. We got to go to the riverside music festival in central Glasgow which was easy to get to and great fun. Hot tub was perfect and well kept, rooms were spacious and the brownies on arrival were a lovely touch. Would heartily recommend. Ed

   Absolutely fabulous place, 17 ladies stayed there & there was plenty of space, great kitchen with enough crockery etc for all. Has a fabulous hot tub, nice garden & view. Very close to the town centre. Definitely recommend

   Pleasant Hill was a fantastic place for my surprise hen weekend. The house was clean, bright and accommodated 16 ladies and myself. The kitchen/ dining room was a wonderful social area which was used to host dinners, afternoon tea and a cocktail masterclass. The gardens were also beautifully maintained at the front and back of the property. The best feature was the hot tub which faced out onto beautiful views and we enjoyed watching the sunset over the hills. I thoroughly enjoyed my weekend, it was filled with joy, tears and laughter. It was so empowering to have such wonderful women celebrating with me in the same space and left me feeling very grateful and loved. Chris was great at communicating with my sister and the brownies were a lovely touch. Thank you !
