Colleen marketed our property within 2 days and the photos and advert were exceptional! Colleen was extremely approachable, professional and knowledgeable during the whole process.    Eve Property and their staff are very helpful. I came from a foreign country and barely knew anyone in Scotland so it meant so much to me that the staff of Eve Property made me feel welcomed, secure and comfortable. The last thing they made me feel is that I am ‘just a tenant’. In return, I felt like the place I was renting was really my home and it made me take care of it more as if it was mine. There was a time that I was stuck in another place and parcels came for me. Due to the pandemic I could not take the parcel in the flat and the staff of Eve Property kindly did that for me without hesitation. What an amazing group of people. If there were any scheduled maintenance, they would make sure that these are at my most convenient time to avoid disturbing me. I can go on and on about how secure I felt with them. They are very friendly. I really think this is important because half of the journey in renting a property is your relationship with the landlord/agency. It doesn’t matter if the house is luxurious but if agents make you feel like an outsider, it will never feel like a home. For me, my flat was a home because it was clean, cozy, and Eve Property has made me feel welcome. I would definitely recommend this amazing team.
