   Rented a place with RiteHome Glasgow and recently moved for personal reasons. Moving in process was very efficient with agent very helpful in accommodating requests and arrangements. Welcoming gift box was surprising and delightful. Great stay in my unit during the year with all services and maintenance attended to promptly and appropriately by my property manager Ethan Miller. Moving out procedure was very straightforward and I have already received my deposit within days. Only downside was the cleanliness of my unit when I moved in which was slightly inconvenient. Otherwise would definitely rent with RiteHome Glasgow again.

   Cannot recommend Lemon Property/Alison enough. My friend and I had been looking for to rent for a while and were finding it hard. With lemon, the application process was incredibly simple and streamlined and we were able to secure a place within a couple of days from the viewing. From the start, Alison has been an absolutely pleasure to deal with and let us know if there are any issues to get in touch. We were feeling very bogged down with previous applications but Lemon/Alison have been fantastic to deal with and we can’t thank them enough!

   First class. My sister has used Lemon to manage her property for several years since they started and was very pleased. And then Alison joined and they’re even better! I’m now using them for my properties and wouldn’t use anyone else. Alison is attentive, kind, pragmatic and focused on providing good quality accommodation for good tenants. She understands the needs of tenants and landlords and somehow manages to please everyone! She has a network of reliable and responsive contractors so jobs get done quickly. All the admin is sorted out smoothly. And Alison is a great story-teller too, so you’ll enjoy yourself!

   The service we received from Alison was first class! She was so helpful and organised everything for us very quickly. As a landlord I know I can fully trust her to take care of our property. We had problems with other agencies in the past but Lemon Property have been brilliant. Our flat was back on the market to rent out and Alison found us the perfect new tenant within a few days! I wouldn't use anyone else now.

   Before getting to know Lemon property and renting a house with them, I have actually used few other agencies for renting. To be honest, Lemon property is the best so far in my opinion. I could not imagine that renting a house is so easy for foreigners in Glasgow till I met with Alison, the property manager at Lemon. She always stand by the side of the tenants and fight for them to bring the best deal to the table. Once she knew that we have a child, she contacted the owner directly and convinced him to give up some of the requirements. Once we have found the right house to move to, she told us that we could move the next day if we want which is really great. I have dealt with some other agencies where they require at least 4-5 days to complete the paper works. With Lemon property this is not the case.

   What a great experience with Lemon Property! All I can say is a big Thank you to Alison for supporting me in finding a suitable property. I came to Glasgow nearly 2 months ago and I found it extremely difficult to find an apartment to rent due to the high demand within the region at the time. However, getting in contact with Lemon Property and getting a reply from Alison immediately was an amazing relief. I was satisfied with the service that I received during my difficult time. Alison was in very close contact with me during the time, provided me with information on the different properties available, supported me in choosing the most appropriate place, updated me on everything on the apartment. The process was quick and simple to follow. Meeting Alison for the first time was so comforting, as she was friendly, kind and supportive. I really appreciate the love she has for her work and for the people who approach her. Thanks to Alison, I finally found the most suitable apartment which I have been dreaming about. The apartment was refurbished, spacious and has a great location. I would highly recommend everyone to get in touch with Alison from Lemon Property. By far the best letting agency I have been with. Especially with Alison, a true professional and a savior!
