Any time you go into their office they are incredibly friendly. There was a leak from upstairs which escalated into a worst case scenario last year. The guys really went above and beyond for me and i can't thank them enough.

   One of my residential properties was managed by them The most dojjy letting agency you will ever come across in glasgow. They will try everyway to take your money. They were stealing money from my rental income everymonth by making fake expenditure and were paying me very little rent everymonth Management is the worst, one corrupt guy making his own rules. I had the Worst experience dealing with them. Stay away from this agency if u want peace of mind being a landlord.

   As a letting agency they are completely useless. Several instances of issues with their tenants in our building over the years and they were completely unhelpful. Their tenants finally moved out and left an unreasonable amount of bulky furniture and rubbish in our shared back garden. Phoned the agency to let them know and they took zero responsibility and were incredibly RUDE when we followed up to get the status 2 weeks later.

   Worst letting agency ever. They provide false information and promise refunds which they make you chase after for over a month before telling you they will not refund anything! You are better off going with any other letting agency as the customer service is atrocious and staff has 0 interest in providing a satisfying customer experience. Do not waste your time and money with letsbwise. It would be unwise doing any kind of business with them.
